From the very beginning, I felt an immediate sense of trust and safety with her. Sylwia’s warm presence and calming environment made it incredibly easy to open up, even in the early sessions. What I appreciate most is that Sylwia doesn’t offer quick fixes—she helps you bake the pie. She provides a variety of “recipes,” helps you measure the ingredients, mix them together, weigh things up, and decide how long to bake. It’s a thoughtful, collaborative process that respects your pace and your goals - even if you're not sure what those are yet! The true measure of the impact our work has had is in the changes I’ve seen in my own life. I’ve achieved things I once thought were out of reach, and that’s largely thanks to the inner work we’ve done together. Although I’ve since moved countries and we now meet online less frequently, Sylwia still brings the same warmth and care to every session. She gently mirrors your thoughts, helps you organise them, and supports you in finding a clearer, better way forward. “I am the biggest of sceptics, so after an initial chat with Karen, I wanted to give hypnotherapy a try in relation to my unhealthy eating habits. I was very much on the fence as to wether it works but Karen put me at ease. I booked in with Karen for my first session. I relaxed into the talk, listening to Karen's calming voice. I still didn't think it would work but I can truthfully say that I was well and truly submerged in the experience. As a result, I have curbed some of my bad eating habits and just dont fancy particular foods. I am shocked at how effective the whole experience was and I actively reccomend Karen's services.
