Messaged Rob yesterday for a quote, and he replied very quickly. Spoke on the phone and he was able to squeeze me in today in between appointments. Quickly fixed my dent and it all looks brand new.
Contacted Rob this morning with pictures of a small door dent that happened yesterday. Contacted Rob this morning after my car door got dented yesterday- I sent him photos and he said the dent was too sharp and deep and would need to be painted. I asked him to come and do his best anyway, he had a last minute cancellation and by 12:15 today he was on driveway and the dent had totally gone!! Great service and he's better than he thinks!
Rob was responsive to my initial emails and managed to book in at short notice. He was polite/friendly. He successfully removed a dent from the drivers door and from the roof of my car. The roof dent was removed without stripping the lining inside. Both jobs took less than an hour and was much cheaper than workshop quotes I’d had. Thank you Rob!
Called Rob after someone dented my nearside door. He suggested I take it to a body shop to get it repaired to a quality standard as it had spread right up the panel. I asked him to have a crack at it anyway, and now you wouldn't even know there was ever a dent there. I've not had to call anyone out for dents before, but I really appreciated his honesty with the level of the damage, and I'm really happy with the result. I'll definitely be recommending him.
Rob is very approachable and has many years of experience in removing dents and damage. I have used him before, and asked him to look at a new 50p sized dent in a door picked up in a car park. The repair took under an hour and is perfect, no sign of the dent at all. Excellent and recommended.
Rob arrived early in the morning, checked the dents to my BMW and gave me his estimate of what he could or could not do, and also the cost. Within a short time (less than 90 minutes) he had finished and the results were excellent, with no sign of the dents at all and no damage to the paintwork. He had even managed to deal with one dent that he thought would not be possible to repair. Rob is very personable, efficient and his work is very cost effective and of high quality.
