A massive thank you to Suzanne and the team. Recently I noticed I’d lost a tiny diamond from my wedding ring, bought in 2021. When I looked closely, I realised the band had cracked at the point where the diamond was missing. I spoke to the Earnest Jones manager in Whitely who said that as it was cracked it was likely to be a manufacturing fault and if so, could be repaired or replaced. I went to Eastleigh and explained this to Suzanne who immediately acknowledged the fault and offered to order in a replacement ring or to send mine off for repair. Suzanne explained that the bands are cast so unless I was keen to keep my original ring, it would be best to replace it. The new ring, which looks identical to my original is perfect. I’m so grateful for how quickly and easily the issue was resolved. Thank you!
Haven’t bought myself a watch before but ordered a new Casio on the Ernest Jones Website last week - Popped in at lunch time today to get the strap adjusted - (didn’t trust myself) - 2 lovely female member of staff who quickly got the strap adjusted in no time - brilliant customer service end-to-end - thank you so much ☺️
Bought a Citizen Tsuyosa Automatic Watch (Black). The product initially wasn't available at store so had to wait for 2-3 days for the product to arrive. I was attended by a lady named Suzanne and she was super friendly, attentive and respectful from A to Z. Will definitely come back again!
An excellent experience with the Eastleigh Swan Centre branch. I collected my watch after making an online order. It was quickly and efficiently sized by Suzanne. Alas, there was a problem with the watch. This was an issue with the manufacturer’s quality control and in no way linked to Ernest Jones. I revisited the branch and I was very ably assisted by Hayley. She went out of her way to support me with resolving the issue. I was also supported by Suzanne. My experience of customer service was first class. Both staff members were courteous and efficient. I would recommend this branch for it’s very high level of customer service.
Went today to buy a new watch. I was greeted and assisted by Tom, who was very helpful and friendly. We walked out happy!
Called in for repair and to purchase gold chain and bangle lovely friendly welcome from sales lady hayley. She got my repair and checked it over and showed me it for my inspection which was perfect .she was helpful when choosing my chain and gave advice.she also showed me bracelet which I tried on. As always the bueatiful jewelry is so well made and worth the money paid was very happy with my purchases and sales lady .i was made to feel as though I was very important will always use this shop

Didn't feel the staff were knowledgeable about the products and a long wait to be served. Had wonderful service in an independent jewellers in Romsey instead. Lots of choice in Ernest Jones if you are after regular high street jewellery and staff were friendly.
