   I visited this shop a few months ago and it still stands out in my mind. What a gorgeous collection - probably the best I've seen in the UK! The person working gave me the impression that the stock rotation is constant, which I can imagine means there are always new and exciting pieces being added. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and patient with me meandering around!

   Went into the shop today to try get a gift for a friend. I was helped by Natalie, the manager, who was absolutely brilliant. She was approachable, warm and gently encouraging without being pushy, so I had space to make up my mind. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable she was about the crystal properties, and she really listened to me too so she could point me towards the right sort of thing. I can’t recommend her highly enough and I am so delighted with the crystal I bought. Excellent experience!

   The lovely people working there really seem to know their stuff and are so helpful (and not patronising when you get something wrong as I did!) They have so many crystals, both rough and tumbled, there is literally something for everyone here. Lots of beautiful jewellery and a rewards scheme if you shop there often. I don't live in the area but will purposely travel to Winchester just for this shop. I can't wait to visit again!

   Amazing shop and very well priced nice to see Winchester isn't just coffee shops and takeaways this shop is something different indeed! Lady that served me was very nice and talkative even if she was busy she took the time to serve me and in a polite and friendly manner. I definitely will be back and also will be getting alot of crystal related presents for Christmas. Thanks for my amazing geode! Keep up the amazing work.

   Avoid this place. Their website shows a 50% discount on pendants but after making a special journey on 27th December we were told that the promotion had ended. This is classic bait and switch. The price tags in the cabinets still showed the 50% discount but the serving assistant would not honour them. I have visited this shop before immediately after Christmas and have benefited from the same 50% discount as a treat for my daughter and grandchildren spending over £500 in the process. Never again.
