We visited today to get my daughter’s ears pierced for her 11th birthday. Paige was so friendly and reassuring. Exceptional service. I’ve had my ears pierced here too and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the piercing service offered. Thanks for making it such a lovely experience for her.

I chose to buy my wife a solitaire diamond ring to celebrate a major birthday and also a significant anniversary. We had visited a competitor initially and found them to be unhelpful and generally disinterested. Calling into Allum and Sidaway in Ringwood was a breath of fresh air, nothing was too much trouble. Tracey and Paige are a real credit to the company helping us choose, arrange sizing and work with us on the style and design. We also purchased a matching wedding band. We even had a glass of bubbly when we collected the ring and an anniversary card too....awesome customer service . Heartily reccomend to all...we'll be back !
Following a Google search I decided I wanted to go to Allum & Sideway to have some ear piercings. I was rather nervous as this was not something I had experienced before as an adult. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and big the shop was, I knew then I had made the right choice. We were greeted be Erika and made to feel extremely welcome, which in turn made me relax, even offering us refreshments. Erika was really patient and talked me through all the different options. I ended up having three piercings done, which I didn’t expect but I was really pleased I had. The hygiene procedures were the best I have seen, for that reason I had no concerns. The actual piercings were initially a little painful, but this was just for a moment and was fine just after. The quality of the earrings is amazing, and a huge selection of beautiful diamond ones that I particularly liked. I will definitely be returning, and would highly recommend this jewellers.

Highly recommend this jewellers - amazing customer service! Very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Popped in about a slight issue with a Pandora bracelet I hadn’t even bought from them (was a birthday present) and they repaired it for me straight away! So pleased! They deserve to have the custom.
