Such a great store, staff are always so happy and helpful, store always clean and tidy and so easy to find what I'm looking for, and even better when I'm not sure what to buy there is always a member of staff that can help narrow down some perfect choices. It's so refreshing to have a store where the Manager will always help and genuinely care about getting the right product for you

Fantastic customer service. I recently asked to see a rare and unique wristwatch that is notoriously difficult to find in the UK and Europe. Although they didnt have the watch in store at that moment in time they were able to request one and have it ready for me to view within 48 hours. A great effort from the girls who work their and for having the patience and perseverance to find the watch I was looking for and brilliant customer service from the management.
A lovely bright shop with helpful staff and a good selection of products to choose from. I needed a new watch and I felt almost overwhelmed by the choice. However the young lady assistant was very helpful and I finally made my choice. A very comfortable place to shop.
