Their items are elegant and beautifully crafted, whilst showing a marked difference between their excellent quality versus the mass production you find at chain jewellery stores. Debbie was delightfully friendly and talked us through a number of options that were within our budget without feeling the need to convince us of a more expensive piece. At no point did we feel forced into a purchase (which has happened at a number of other jewellers we visited) which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Although they didnt have the watch in store at that moment in time they were able to request one and have it ready for me to view within 48 hours.
