   We purchased our wedding bands from HR Tribbeck and absolutely recommend them. We visited on multiple occasions and were warmly greeted. Samantha was lovely and listened to our every request and helped us with sorting a CAD drawing to ensure the band fit around the unique shape of my engagement ring, which was all done without a deposit. The CAD drawing was excellent and we had mock-ups as well, which made our decision easy. We also took time discussing the shape for my husband, with him trying on many sizes and metals to ensure a comfortable fit over a couple of appointments. Both rings were made and arrived in good time, however when we went in to collect them, my husband was worried his felt a little tight - with no issues they got it resized within two weeks ready for our wedding day.

   I have always wanted a solitaire diamond ring. Last summer I retired and decided to treat myself. I spent some time looking around but just couldn't find the 'wow' ring! I popped into Tribbecks and explained to Jacqui what I was looking for and the first ring she showed me was the one. I love it so much. This week I called in and told Jacqui that I felt I needed a band to go with my beautiful ring. Again she found my perfect match. I cannot recommend Jacqui and Tribbecks highly enough. Thank you so much.

No sales pressure .We went into the shop just to look at a ring , which we ended up buying , we have bought several items since . Would highly recommend, and would not hesitate to shop there again.

   We picked Tribbeck as it was an old fashioned traditional jeweller and what we got was a High Street chain experience. I our minds we expected to be treated as a client not a customer. We were particularly looking for gold but a large number of items to view were only available in silver and the attitude was tough use your imagination, which is difficult when the item is as evocative as wedding rings! Trying to extract even an approximate cost of any of the rings was like extracting teeth. Eventually we made a choice and then they made a phone call to obtain a price! The estimated time for collection was 3 weeks, after a month had passed, we rang to enquire on an update - I was abruptly informed that 1 ring was ready, however the other one takes 5 weeks! The phone call confirming arrival was brusque. On arriving for the collection of the rings in our minds we were expecting to sit down for the fitting, not to be stood at the counter as if you were waiting for your burger! We are from a generation where wedding rings hold a very special place. Somewhere there has been a deficiency in the training pertaining to the attitudes and feelings of the older generation.

   Very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating family jewellers. Their items are elegant and beautifully crafted, whilst showing a marked difference between their excellent quality versus the mass production you find at chain jewellery stores. Debbie was delightfully friendly and talked us through a number of options that were within our budget without feeling the need to convince us of a more expensive piece. At no point did we feel forced into a purchase (which has happened at a number of other jewellers we visited) which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We will certainly be visiting again for future items and could not recommend H.R. Tribbeck & Sons highly enough.

She spent lots of time with us, gave some excellent thoughts, ideas and suggestions with what we were looking for.    Exceptional 10/10 5* service Rachel is a superstar I purchased a signet ring around mid-December, and even at the busiest time of the year, the team worked around the clock to re-shape the ring so that I received it before Christmas. Following this, I hoped to get the ring engraved. I was put into touch with Rachel, who I hope won’t me mind mentioning by name, to get this all sorted for me. Following the exchange of quite a few emails, I must say that Rachel’s service was flawless. From minute 1 she was professional, understanding and just very kind. It was only at the very end that I came to know Rachel is the owner of the family-business and it shows with how much care and effort she gives to her customers. Again, the service given is 10/10 5* and I’m so pleased
