I took my road bike in to have a service which included bottom bracket change , new drive train and tyres ready for the winter rides . They were so friendly and helpful and even though they were busy they only took a day and all was done . It was well priced . I will be coming back and would very much recommend to others .
Fabulous shop and amazing service. Phoned the shop this morning as my front brake needed adjusting. Within the hour I’d driven to the shop, had new pads fitted (much needed) and the brake adjusted. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place for all your cycling and running needs.

Today Matthew helped me with a helmet, water bottle and CO2 cannister purchase. I am an Aussie cycle touring and accidentally left my helmet somewhere and needed to purchase a replacement. I messaged and received a prompt reply confirming they had helmets in stock. Matthew was knowledgeable and helpful and also kindly asked me about my travels. Enroute to the shop I dropped my drink bottle off the bike and it cracked. I bought a replacement in the shop and Matthew proactively offered to fill it with water for me. Fabulous customer service and got me back out on the road again safely. Thankyou!
Pau Run and Ride Audlem is by far the best shop I have found locally for purchasing running shoes and accessories. The Manager and staff are friendly, really helpful and knowledgeable and their gait analysis service really helped to reassure me I was purchasing the best product possible for my personal running style. This is something I could never have guaranteed if I had tried to buy online or from an alternative provider, as I wouldn't have had a clue where to start. Whereas having your gait tested by their professional staff both before purchasing and after and having it compared again in each of the various pairs of shoes we narrowed it down to, made it so easy to pick the ones that were best for me. Being able to hop on and off the in store treadmill for quite literally a "test run" was really helpful too and reassured me I was spending my money wisely on the right product for me.
Wow! What a great shop!! Our club was invited to the opening of this new store and the staff are so friendly helpful. They have even just donated some fantastic prizes for our Christmas raffle. Many of our club members now use this as the go-to store for all their bike needs. Prices are very competitive, and the standard of bike servicing is excellent. All cyclists need stores like this, so please give them a go... you won't be disappointed.
Went here to buy some new trail running shoes. Previously I purchased my running shoes from on-line retailers, thinking they would be cheaper. I had in mind a brand/model I thought I would like based on my road running shoes. The manager, Matt, was really friendly and we had a chat about my running. That guy knows his stuff! Based on the chat Matt made some further recommendations he thought may also be suitable, brands I had not previously considered. I'm glad he did! The instore treadmill is a great addition to the store. I was able to try on all the shoes and have a good run. I left with the perfect pair of trail shoes that I would have not otherwise considered if I was buying on-line. The price was also the same as buying discounted on-line. Will definitely be purchasing all my running shoes from here in the future.
Brilliant shop, Mat was really knowledgeable about running shoes, and helped me pick the perfect pair for my running style. He was able to outline all the pros and cons of each shoe so that I could make an informed decision. Would highly recommend the shop and Mat to anyone who is looking for some new kit or a bike :)
