    The great thing about this chain of toy shops is that they are all the same layouts and easy to find what you are looking for. The staff are very helpful , friendly n always good with the kids

    I expected this store to be over-priced but I was in for a big shock. Everything was well laid out with some demo pieces, the staff are very helpfull and the toy selection in general was very inclusive with toys from birth right up to teenagers and beyond. I should note that I found the toy prices in this store to be much lower than the same toys in large supermarkets like Asda and Tesco.

    A fairly large store, immaculately clean and tidy. Have visited both mid week and a weekend, the service does not faulter. Served by 3 staff overall, told about promotions at time of sale and whilst browsing. All 3 staff welcomed all visitors entering the store as well as keeping me engaged in conversation. Hunting for Hot Wheels - i was told when new deliveries were coming in and the best times for me to go in and browse at the quieter times. I was also directed to their closest branches if I would like to check those out too. You will often see the staff singing along to the music playing and it's generally a really nice atmosphere.

    This is one of the biggest Toy Shops in the Intu Centre Derby. Prices are fine and the staff are friendly and helpful. If kids get in here they don't want to leave so you have been warned
