   So rude the man with a glasses who stands there is so rude I've seen these idiots chasing one person because the machine owed 1p how embarrassing can you be to chase somebody for one penny not a very good place to go just a load of Beggars

   Can't say much, it's Poundland. While they've branched out a little more in the last few years, their stationary items seems to be shrinking. Quite a few empty spaces here and there, it's hard to tell if they're understaffed or not.

   Came in for some bits. Hardly anything on the shelves on aisle 2. Some parts of the shop was messy & there was 2 staff on till. 1 doing self service & 1 on the normal till serving. No staff on shop floor. When i left the shop i seen 7 staff outside smoking. I know there aloud breaks but really all 7 at the same time when it was busy in the shop and only 2 staff on tills. It was shocking.

   Assistant assumed we were opening something already opened by someone else and even though she was quite a distance away from us she insisted on shouting down the store asking us not to open the already opened items. After doing this twice I responded by shouting back at her. Overall she either needed glasses or better still she should have come to us and asked calmly instead of shouting down the store. Either way we still hadnt opened anything so my response to her would still have been the same, I enquired as to her sanity rather loudly in order to get her to understand. I left the store as she then stopped shouting or responding.

   Very tidy and spacious poundland, even though uts in the city centre its not scruffy at all. Staff always around and stock is always coming in and out so there's new things. Honestly great place to go for essentials like toothpaste,soap, deodorant, basic beauty items etc. I love the foot packs they sell great self care treat. Great place to go when you need things and to save a bit of money. Brands like nivia, sure, always, body form, oral B, colgate, imperial lather etc are here it's not just off brand products!
