Absolutely outstanding! Mike and Mandy were so welcoming and very friendly. The whole place was so clean and fresh. Such lovely attention to detail including the swan towels and rose petals due to emailing before hand as my partner and I were celebrating our anniversary. Will 100% be returning.
This place is an absolute gem ! The service we received from the owners throughout our stay was brilliant ! Very friendly and happy to help at any point of our stay. The Log Cabin was perfect ! It was so peaceful and quiet. The private hot tub was the icing on the cake. We cannot wait to return as soon as possible, Thank you and see you soon !
Recently stayed to celebrate my partners birthday, the cabin we stayed in was called oak log cabin and it was lovely. Our stay was fantastic, the cabin was clean, tidy and had everything you could of needed such a fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer etc. Hot tub was lovely and so was the pool, although there are other cabins around and other guests it felt very secluded. Cabin was the perfect size of two, was pleasantly surprised at the size of the bathroom and that there was a sectioned off breakfast table and fridge area. Breakfast in the cabin was cereals, toast and juices which was nice, lots of information provided regarding local places to eat. I had put a note on the booking to say it was my partners birthday so when we arrived there were a few birthday decorations which was a nice touch. Owners were very friendly and had gone the extra mile providing things like dvds, cards and games in the cabin for free use. Wi-Fi was provided which was a bonus as phone signal was non existent. A very relaxing stay and would love to return
The most relaxing break.ive had ,beautiful cabins,very clean ,lovely breakfast ,and very lovely couple who run it,can't do enough for you ,would highly recommend, and will certainly go back .
Absolutely top end and it is all down to the deep hard work of the lovely owners. Beech Log Cabin is just fabulous with no stint on luxurious appointments! The fridge feezer is powerful and a bis size for holiday accommodation. The welcome pack/simple breakfast is excellent. Not a spot for the cooked breakfast fanatic, as you cannot do owt but toast and kettle things but surrounded close by with lots of truly good establishments for food from cafe to fine dining. Lovely spot and the micro laser spots in the beech tree are enchanting and would take a proper camera to photograph! Hugely recommended and you get a LOT for the admittedly top dollar. Wifi was unreliable and whilst I could wait to see a brief 4G signal on O2 and cog in to Netflix, the O2 and Vodaphone reception is declared as being poor on the website and it is true! That said, the TV was big and fabulous and although we didn't spin any up, there were two drawers packed with DVDs of quality movies for the separate player! Oh and beware the spa bath...we found that after the crazy heat, the standard 37C was a bit warm..and I parboiled MeJulie!
Very friendly owners who really make you feel very welcome Accommodation A+ , very peaceful and relaxing. Hot Tub was very well situated and totally private and the log cabin could not be faulted what's so ever with everything you would need at hand. The bed though on the smaller side ( I'm 6 foot 3 inches ) was of the upmost quality and was probably the best most comfy mattress my wife and myself have ever slept in away from home. Would we return ! Yes of course we would and would have no qualms in recommending this gem to anyone
