I love this store, it has everything nearly. The staff for the most part are friendly, especially the super tall man with blonde hair. He's always friendly and super respectful. The only issue I have is with the person who desides to cram stock by the tills. I struggle to get my sons wheelchair to the till with out doing a circuit of the pallets.

Great big store located just outside the town centre. Nice free car park outside. They have the full range here and I find lots of items here that seem to be have been sold out at other places. They have a large amount of stock. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Love the special buys and they really buy now or gone.

Was just walking about inside looking to buy some nail files and then my mate who has autism threw something gently and ran a bit around which i understand isn't suitable but then a worker with glasses and grey hair called me and my mates children and then proceeded to call me a dickhead after i didn't even do anything, you should not swear in front of customers it is very unprofessional and it also can feel like public humiliation. Not very good experience but thanks for my review.

Went in for a few cleaning supplies and ended up spending £50! Very well stocked. Friendly staff. Free parking. Need a £1 coin or trolley token for the trolleys. I don't have kids, but there are so many kids things I wanted!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team who were on tonight. My son fell ill very unexpectedly and was sick all over the shop floor and in the trolley he was sitting in. As soon as I asked for help people were there straight away to help us. I felt awful for what had happened. I managed to get my son to my mum outside and went back in to see if I could help. But the staff were on it cleaning up and directing customers away. I helped put the shopping in a bag that was no good and they even provided me with some bags to put his clothes in and one to sit with in the car until I get him home and get him cleaned up. Thank you so much again for the help.

Visited around 7pm on a Thursday night. Fairly quiet, with staff restocking shelves. Can be a bit hit and miss with stock and items, but generally have everything you would expect. Really like the fact that the car park is free, and that the store is open late as it means that there are quiet shopping hours available to those of us who aren't keen on crowds!

Went to look at the craft but there doesn't appear to be much. I don't know if Christmas as replaced the craft or if the Burton branch no longer has much usually. There did seem to be a lot of pens and pencils at very good prices. A bit disappointed if I'm honest.

Good B & M store, well stocked. Biggest problem was getting round the first few aisles because of people queuing and staff filling up the shop floor with cages meaning you couldn't get down the aisles comfortably. Hence three stars.
