After many weeks of looking a various hot tub dealers, we found the staff at the Hot Tub and Wellness Centre to be by far the least pushy out of all the venders in our area. They were always happy to answer any questions we had while at the same time leaving us to make our own decisions. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about all the products they sell and provided all the information we needed to make the right choice. The delivery and fitting of the new hot tub was smooth and hassle free! Alex talked us through everything we needed to know, from the water chemistry to maintenance and using the many features of the spa. After service has been exceptional, helping with everything from cloudy water and how to corect it, recommending products and answering any questions we had. Any small issues and the staff replied promptly to messages, or if they did not know the answer or if more knowledge was required Alex messaged within a few hours. Extremely happy with our purchase and the care we have received from all the staff members before and after. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely brilliant service from this company. We purchased a hot tub from them last year and were very pleased with the ordering and installation process. Recently the hot tub has been serviced by them and again this was excellent. They are always happy to answer any questions and offer advice regarding maintenance, which is really helpful. We would definitely recommend to all.
Alex was so helpful in sales and pointed us in the right direction for our needs. The delivery man Mark was so professional double checking everything he did to ensure it was right and so helpful when showing me how to operate the tub. I cannot fault the service
This is a family run business and they have been great from start to finish. Absolutely no pressure at all when buying. They explained everything as we have never owned a hot tub before. They were just interested in us having the right tub not the most expensive one. Delivery was as promised and we are very happy with the product (much better quality than we seen locally) and the ongoing customer service. They genuinely care which is nice to know!
