   HAPPY HOT TUBS are simply the best place to buy a hot tub — especially when you weren’t even planning to get one! The staff are incredible: thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You couldn’t wish for better service. Their range of hot tubs and swim spas is extensive, with something to suit everyone. The whole experience has been an absolute joy for both of us, with Peter being truly outstanding. The installation team were delightful and very understanding of our needs. All in all — perfection!

   Amazing service from James and the team , from initial browsing in the showroom , asking loads of questions to delivery and set up of our tub , everything was seamless and everyone so helpful . Tub delivery arranged for the 29th at 10am , the delivery team (lemmare and krum) arrived bang on time , they spent time explaining the how the delivery will proceed and with great care for the tub from the delivery trailer to the chosen area , removed al packaging , cleaned everything then filled , they then sent time offering expert advice on water care and treatment , again answered questions I had and gave in-depth advice We now have the perfect year round family area ( more relaxing when the kids have gone to bed ) If you are thinking of getting a hot tub get in touch with James and the team at happy hot tubs

   Great experience from enquiry to installation. James could not have been more helpful with the purchase and the guys who delivered and installed the hot tub gave great advice on chemicals giving me confidence in how to test and dose. Buying a hot tub had felt like a big decision, but James made it easy and exciting. On delivery day, the team were just as impressive. They arrived on time, were careful and professional moving the hot tub into place, and took the time to explain everything clearly before they left. Nothing felt rushed, and they left everything spotless. We’ve already enjoyed our first few days in the hot tub and it honestly feels like the best decision we’ve made for our home. I've had issues with sorting a delivery date due to landscaping not going to plan, but they have been very understanding & patient. Nothing seems too much trouble.    From start to finish, the process of buying a hot tub from Happy Hot Tubs at Cadnam couldn't have been a more pleasant and rewarding experience. The patient and helpful advice provided by Tansy and Chloe was invaluable and really helped us to choose the best hot tub for our needs. Once we had decided on our preferred combination, the flexibility given in respect of delivery date was much appreciated as we were in the middle of a complex building project. A couple of pre-delivery site visits by Tansy ensured that when the hot tub did arrive it was installed quickly, carefully and efficiently. The patient process of filling the tub and then explaining the basic operating instructions in simple terms was carried out admirably by the installation team. We felt confident from the outset to start using the tub and we haven't looked back. We are really delighted with the purchase and so impressed with the care and attention shown by everyone in the company.

   This was something of an impulse purchase after seeing the Happy Hot Tubs showroom at Dobbie's Garden Centre in Cadnam. The service we received was excellent and convinced us to go ahead with the purchase. Tansy Speed was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was not at all pushy, but simply laid out the pros and cons of the various models and let us make up our minds. In addition, she visited us at home to scope out the installation and provide advice. As a result of her visit, we changed the planned location of the hot tub! The installation team were very good and carried out their work with minimum fuss and complete professionalism. Their ability to manoeuvre a 300kg hot tubs through tight gaps is something to behold! Follow-up service and advice has been exemplary. Overall, an excellent service and I would whole-heartedly recommend them.

   We purchased our hot tub from Happy Hot Tubs Cadnam branch a few weeks ago, which we are very pleased with. When we first inquired about our purchase in store Chloe who dealt with us was amazing, she talked us through everything in great detail, excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and Chloe answered all of our questions. The Delivery and installation guys were great, very professional and friendly.    We called in to Happy Hot Tubs, Cadnam, just to have a look, as we'd been thinking about investing in a spa for the garden as an early wedding present to ourselves. Peter introduced himself as we were looking, and said if we needed help to just ask, which we eventually did. He was very professional, helpful, but not pushy, and we put a deposit down on our dream! The service before, during delivery, and after has been excellent, with lots of tips and advice. Nothing is too much trouble, and you feel you're in safe hands. Peter is always available to message if you need any advice or have any problems. If he's busy, someone else is always at hand to help. Thank you, Peter and all at Happy Hot Tubs.
