   Waited nearly 90mins for an order, repeatedly being told it was 5/10 mins away on several occasions then once challenging a manager told that there was no trace of said order, lied to and to add the cherry on top a negative response from McDonald’s customer service team.

   I get they are busy but every time I order its wrong and cold. Always missing stuff and went down and the lassie at the front desk bined my order and told me it wasn't her problem. Shocking food and absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff

   I ordered from the MCdelivery app. The food came frozen. The burgers that we had asked for no sauce on came completely plain with no onions and no pickles either. Just burger bun and cheese. The freezing cold food, we actually believe it to be the nuggets, consumed by both me and my partner made us sick within hours of consumption. We now believe they may have been sat there for god knows how long before served to us or they were prepared incorrectly. I have tried to get through to support but apparently serving inedible frozen food is not grounds for a refund or to make a complaint.

   At the drive-through, the staff is extremely arrogant and unkind; they lack proper customer service manners. This is due to the lack of sufficient customer service training or the manager's inaction—I mean, failure to train these lambs before putting them in charge of serving customers. Manager needs to stop eating chips in the corner and train them. Really bad experience

   Most tables are upstairs but there is a lift available. Locks in male toilet cubicle were all broken. Sometime the staff remove the table number things on the machines if they cant be bothered doing table service. Drive through available. Not very good car park to get into or around. Traffic getting outs always bad at lights and exit.

   Walked in ask if my soggy chips could be changed it was but only to be charged for one off the same group. Them the manager told the kid to put quickly the same chips in the fryer like I would not know the difference between freshly fry from refrying
