   It is very rare I feel I can speak so confidently that an individual has a wholly good heart, and although transactional, my shared time with Laura has left me convinced that she is not only a professional, but a truly kind, compassionate, and earnest person. Therapy becomes easy when you feel like the person opposite you truly wants to listen. To be heard is something I have found important in exploring myself, and my continued experiences with depression, anxiety, and the bittersweet gift of an overactive mind - Laura has certainly made me feel heard. I have explored therapy as a medium over this past four years, but in coming to Laura, I feel I have truly begun to recognise the value of this intimate experience, and have learnt an incredible amount about myself in such a short time.    When I started therapy with Laura, I was in a really dark place and was suffering with chronic depression. Since I have been going to her regularly, I see a change in my mood, outlook on life and my depression has drastically improved. Laura is a wonderful individual and professional. She always makes me feel safe and heard. She is compassionate, genuine, easy to talk to, an amazing listener and just overall makes therapy a great experience. I always look forward to each and every one of our sessions. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with mental health issues as she is the best professional I have ever met.
