I had an outstanding experience with Bongiwe. From our very first appointment, she took the time to truly listen and understand what I was seeking help with. Her ability to explain things in a way that was both informative and easy to understand made a huge difference for me. Even when I thought I already knew certain things, she helped me see them more clearly and deeply. She is an all-around fantastic psychiatrist. Her support has genuinely helped shape me into someone who understands myself better and as a result, I’m living a much better, more grounded life. I fully believe that therapy is something valuable throughout all stages of life through both the good and the challenging times and I would absolutely choose to see her again.
