Nice staff, and portions of chips were of decent size, but haddock was the smallest piece of fish I've had from a chippy in my life!

The fish and chips wasn't the best I have had, But the atmosphere was. The guy with the beard was sound. Can hold a conversation and is very respectful also knows how to put vinegar on chips properly. ( vinegar then salt). Mozzarella sticks were good. Onion rings would be the same you get anywhere. The gravy was not good tasted like it was from a box.

Great piece of Haddock. I’m from Australia where fish & chips are usually Flake. Nice staff. Excellent piece of fish and scampi. I’ll have to try the black pudding and haggis next.

The fish supper was okay, however I think the size of the fish compared to the chips was a bit disappointing and the fish was very greasey compared to other fish and chips I've had. Another thing that surprised me was the fact they spray the vinegar on instead of pouring it so you don't really taste it. The place was pretty clean but could of been cleaner. Overall is a decent fish and chips shop.

First time back in Aberdeen for a long time. Wanted a white pudding supper and remembered that the Dolphin was good. Unfortunately never been so disappointed in a chippy in my life. The chips were white greasy and peelly wally (what there was of them). The white pudding was small and chewy. Overall the whole supper was very small and at £5.30? Bottom line is didn’t matter on the size the whole supper went where it belonged, the bin. Believe me I like my food and it needs to be really bad before I won’t eat it. Sorry but that’s my experience and it won’t happen again here.
