According to just eat this is a 5/5 place. Pizza bland, chicken wings had funny taste and curly fries were burnt.
Gone downhill. Poor quality food and service. Greasy and unappetising, one of them came ripped when delivered. Called to ask for refund and the guy said he has to do it after 6pm when the manager is in. We threw the pizza in the bin and when we called back it was a different guy on the phone and he said it was not his responsibility to refund me. He kept refusing to refund and told us if we wanted one we would have to take the pizza out from the bin and bring it back the next day to the first guy!! The service is terrible and I rarely write bad review however I don’t recommend going here.
Ordered food for dinner for the kids at 610pm expecting it to come at 7pm on a Wednesday. Food comes at 730pm. By then my kids are ready for bed. Not to mention the pizzas were not hot! Never ordering from here again.
This place is a total rip-off. The taste is awful, nothing close to what you’d expect for the ridiculous price they charge. On top of that, they even try to squeeze extra money for just one sauce – seriously? The prices here are way higher compared to Alibaba and others, and the quality doesn’t justify it at all. Honestly, I’d recommend Alibaba any day over this Go Go nonsense.
Waited more than 2 and a half hours for my food to be delivered! Rude on the phone and was demanded I respect them like it’s my fault they can’t get their act together. Do not go here!
I ordered pizza from your delivery service, it was charged to my card, and it never showed up. Your service took my money and left me hungry. No phone call... no email... no food... Thievery.
Nice food, would be better if they had olives on some of their pizzas though
we walked down to the store and ordered a meat feast pizza to take back to our hotel room. after waiting over an hour and a half I got back to the hotel to find I didn't have the pizza I ordered, when calling to check what should be on a meat feast pizza the staff where rude and told me they were busy, to look online and hung up on me. I called again and said the pizza was not what I ordered as the only toppings where tomatoes and mushroom which we like neither of. He just said he was busy again and to bring it back to take a look and again hung up the line. Unfortunately I could not take it back being nearly midnight now and having a 2 year old and 5 month old. The customer service is apauling and being hung up on is unacceptable
Excellent pizza. Fresh, delicious and hot. Far more choice of toppings than the leading competitors. Delivery driver worked hard and was excellent. Tip well deserved.
