   ordered 2 large pizzas, 2 sides and a big drink deal for Christmas day, placed the order at 6.21pm and said was delivered by 7.30pm but was still waiting at 8.30pm so drove down to the shop to see where the order was and turns out the delivery man tried calling me many times (never got anything) and didn't even come to my house so god only knows where the order went, there was a lovely man working there who redid our order and gave us a free large pizza and 3 ice creams as a big apology. lovely man but awful service prior to him.

   We use this branch to order lunch when we are in at weekends rehearsing. The service we have received is second to none and Neil has gone out of his way to provide us with the very best experience. His thoughtful touches have made all the difference and everyone has enjoyed the delicious food. Thank you so much!

   The gluten free pizza is really really good. They also make sure as much as they possibly can that there is no cross contamination. I have a friend who is coeliac and they happily eat there pizza.

   Well, the pizza itself was as expected from the hut of pizzas. I did enjoy it. It was a cheeseburger, stuffed crust, incase you were wondering. However, what struck me the most, at this particular establishment, was the fantastic customer service I recieved from an excellent human being called Neil. He is an asset to your company and absoloutely should be rewarded for his efforts. I hope pizza hut replies to this review, stating how they know they have such an amazing employee and they've just rewarded him with 10k cash.

   First time ordering. The Big New Yorker was a great quality pizza. Sides were good and big portions compared to other chain pizza places. Pricing was also on the cheaper side compared to other local places. Delivered within 20 minutes of ordering.

   So me and my family decide to order a pizza hut for us. Food arrived cold and missing a pizza so we ring up and they give us £20 credit. Used it a few weeks later, missing yet another pizza and we couldn't phone them (having rung them over 30 times), ending in us having to go down and use the credit. Recieved £30 credit for the troubles, trying to use it today having rung the place over 40 times and no answer. They will screw up your order, 'compensate' you but good luck ringing through to actually use it. Would love to speak to the manager or a higher-up as at times it feels like they are taking the mick, over 80 phone calls and not one answered. Read other reviews concerning the aforementioned hut and read alot about 'incapable' and 'amateur' staff and it would seem these reviews don't lie. Need to be sorted asap as this has now ruined 3 nights (including Christmas eve) where we spend hours calling the same number.

   Do not answer phone past 8pm. When food arrived - 3 times - it was either cold, things missing or took 2 hours. Avoid Pizza Hut Cowplain like the plague. Dominos just up the road and much better.

   Very unprofessional branch, not enough staff and most of the staff are teenagers so not run well at all. When you call up they always say about an hour and half wait because they can’t run it correctly. When food arrives it’s either cold or mashed up from transport or they have missed something off. Ended up going to dominos cowplain as from start to finish it’s run smoothly.
