   This 'Papa Johns' is completely different to every other Papa John's as they don't accept Blue Light Card, Meerkat Rewards etc Papa John's is Papa John's should not matter where it's located you should operate the type of deals at all locations. Just ruined a great evening because this store wants to operate differently and not honor their discounts and prices.

   Placed an order to celebrate my birthday with family. The delivery to touring/camping collection point was over an hour late. Had me waiting there on my tod. Phoned twice, both times they claimed it would be 10 minutes tops. What a way to spend your birthday. Not impressed, would like to be contacted in regards to this, reimbursement should be the bare minimum.

   Such a weird establishment, they have a completely different menu to all the other usual Papa Johns, the deals on this places menu are not even deals and they didn't even do two for Tuesday. Awful won't visit again.

   Papa johns Selsey is possibly the worst papa johns I’ve ever tried. If you order a bbq base you just get no base.. if you order to collect they just ignore you.. the drive to papa johns in Chichester is definitely worth it! Nice pizza and it’s still warm by the time you get it home.

   Relatively good pizza, way too long between cooking at delivery, literally 1 hour (finished cooking at 19:48, delivered at 20:50. Only 5-10 mins away. Got an email with a £5 discount on future order because of the delay…. I am not ordering from Papa Johns again so this is worse than useless.

   Avoid at all costs - No Pizza after 90 minutes and still no refund. They took 15 minutes to even answer my call when i chased it and then claimed they had no knowledge of my order, despite email confirmation and an apology email for the delay and the app showing progress. They then claimed I had my address wrong, which was correct in the App and the email confirmation. Having been passed around they then claimed it must have just been a glitch and it happens a lot. Requested a refund but they did not know how they were going to do this as I had paid by paypal. Raised a complaint and got a generic apology that was not clear it was from them and promise refund would be sorted but still not resolved.
