   We went as a family just before Christmas. The older employee with beard and glasses who was working the front area didn’t seem to care whether there was a table for us or not and after 30 minutes when I asked how long our food was likely to be said there was a 45 minute with no apology and with an attitude as if the restaurant was doing us a favour by cooking our pizza. The food was edible but poor. The service gets a two star because the younger employee who brought our food over was very pleasant and apologetic for our wait time, just a shame he works with such a poor service providing fellow employee. Not planning to make a return trip.

   Ordered home delivery. Meat feast pizza, pepperoni, garlic bread, onion rings, chocolate brownie. It was without a doubt the driest pizza I have ever attempted to eat. Tough, tasteless. Total lack of sauce and cooked too much. Garlic bread was the same, overcooked. Onion rings were soggy and tasteless. The best part was the brownie which they clearly order in. No wonder so many pizza huts are closing after experiencing this. Will never order again. Rather drive to Newport for a proper pizza....from dominos

   On the 17th September 2025 myself and 7 with me had a fantastic time between 12-2pm. Our food was delicious and came to us very quickly and to our specific requirements. The chef did amazing with our order and the man front of house was fantastic, helped us with our order when some of us couldn't work the app. He was very patient, polite and incredibly helpful. The lady in the kitchen was run off her feet as she was the only one there and the place was very busy. We all came out very happy and full. These two staff members deserve a raise as they were the only 2 working and it was very busy but yet we still got our food quickly and how we had ordered it with specific allergy requirements met. I will definitely be going again as will the whole group... I just hope these two staff members are working when we do as they did fantastic! Well done.

   Been here twice and it’s been fantastic on both occasions. The pizza came in good time and was very tasty. The staff were kind and accommodating which made it a very good experience :)

   When we walked un we hadn't booked and didn't get the warmest of welcomes. Thankfully, once we had our table, things got better. There's a good range of pizzas and a couple of options if pizza isn't your thing. Would be great to have some more non pizza options. We ordered thorough the website, and the food came pretty quickly. It was hot and well cooked and the service was now friendly. Restaurant wasn't the cleanest but not too bad. Salad bar was tasty with a fair bit of choice. Free parking for a limited time outside.

   Having dined here with a friend, we were satisfied with the entrance, until we sat down. The table behind us left and smashed a glass on the floor; the cleaner cleaned it up but left the remainder of the glass on the floor under our table. After this, the gravest mistake was made. The friend, having stayed over from the mainland didn’t fancy the pizzas and ordered a mac and cheese with coleslaw instead. The pizza I had was alright but had a hair in it, something you wouldn’t expect from this place. We ate and she said the slaw was stinging on her teeth and then went on our way. That evening was treacherous. All through the night that Mac and cheese had attacked my friends digestive system to the point that she threw up in the toilet 6 times. The traumatic sound of the puke bubbling up as she gargled remains with us forever. The Mac and cheese had temporarily disabled her. Seeing this all made me think, had I ate this Mac and cheese, I might have been killed. Avoid this place like the plague, you’ve been warned.

   Pizzas were good, but it's been a while since I have eaten out so a big shock when the bill came £65 for 3 Pizza's 1 child's pasta sides and a soft drink each.

   As ever a good experience at Pizza Hut, we took our little one for lunch. We had to sit her at the table though as all the high chairs were in use. Food was the same good standard, we would of appreciated a little more variety in the toppings on the pizzas for the buffet. The unlimited ice cream is always a winner, but someone decided to empty all the chocolate drops onto the sauces drip tray as they couldn't get them out of the shaker. Messy but tasty none the less.

   Bad points: No-one to greet us when we got there. Waited 5-7 mins for someone to tell us they were fully booked. Only 6 tables occupied the rest empty and the rear of the restaurant was not in use. Got a small pizza to takeaway and this took 30mins. Would have been longer if I hadn't asked where my pizza had got to. Good points: Clean Might be best to go elsewhere next time.
