I buy from this store on a regular basis, and have never experienced any issues whatsoever, the staff are polite, helpful and friendly.

Ordered a. Medium pizza waited the 15 mins for it to be cooked, 20 mins later still waiting so asked how much longer to wait, turns out it got stuck, another 15 mins still no pizza again asked how much longer, 5 minutes later, offered a bottle of drink as a sorry. This should not take over 40 mins for a pizza

This is how my pizza arrived. I get your employees might be hungry but we’re not in Ethiopia so taking a slice of my overpriced grease fest of a pizza is definitely wrong. I want full compensation for this order and the employee fired. This is totally disgusting and unprofessional. Paying 50 pounds for a greasy pizza that looks like an unwashed face is already extortion but then not even getting a full pizza is completely unbelievable.
Well what can I say? I ordered on 12th December for delivery, no problems in the past. Ordered and paid 2 1/2 hours in advance, got the confirmation email, no worries. When the 7-7.15 delivery window was 20 minutes late I phoned the store to be told firstly that it had left at 6.30 but then that mine was a "banned address" and I wouldn't be getting anything. Funny it wasn't banned on either the 4th or the 11th of November when I had deliveries from this location with no problems. It would have KILLED you to call me and let me know this or is it more fun to leave us hungry waiting for a dinner that will never arrive? Oh, OK then, you're going for the fun option on that one. So, when can I expect my money back then? Oh, you get to keep it for a week in exchange for nothing do you? Well that seems fair then. Couldn't care less if they "unban" my address, they'll never get my business again. Would leave zero stars if I could.
Ordered a rather large order . We were delivered the wrong order & domino’s Gosport would not replace or collect it , they Said I would have to pay again ! Disgusting customer service!
A difficult one to review. We've collected pizzas from them to eat on the nearby seafront with great success but when ordering a delivery it was sadly incomplete. You don't get a refund for the missing items but instead a credit (supposedly) to your phone number next time you order. As this isn't something we do that often I've just written the money off. I wouldn't order delivery from them again. Made worse by the fact they contacted me asking if I wanted to tip the delivery driver for the incomplete order....
