I’m in here at least once a week for my lunch. Pizza Hut offers a £4 lunch meal with a small pizza and garlic bread, perfect for college students like myself. Staff are always cheerful, polite and straightforward. I’ve Never found myself waiting more than 10 minutes after placing an order, overall excellent staff, service, food and experience.
I come here almost every week and service is always great. I get the same lunch pepperoni pizza and wedges for only £3.99 it’s great. In the waiting area it’s always warm and smells like pizza. Theres this nice lady who normally takes my order she’s great and is always nice, sometimes if I’m having a bad day I’ll be a little rude and like ignore people but she’s always nice even if I’m being a bit mean. Overall it’s a great place and I will definitely continue having lunch here.
2nd visit in 2 days, gentleman who took my order yesterday and put through the best possible deal for me was very friendly, polite and attentive especially where he could see that I was struggling to understand the menu. He was also a very pleasant person to be served by and was always smiling and happy, I also love how they have decorated the store up for christmas, he was also saying how they are getting a christmas tree for the reception area so I will be back to share more of the festive spirit. Love the vibe from this team.
We had a great experience with Pizza Hut! Our order arrived fresh, delicious, and exactly as we requested. A special shoutout to Yalda, who was absolutely amazing, she took extra care with our order and made sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and friendly service really made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Foods gone down hill drastically. I used to prefer pizza hut over domino's. But that's changed now.

Wow! That is the best pizza I’ve ever had.I’m working this way & live in Surrey.Unfortunately my branch in coulsdon does not compete with this.Perfectly cooked with great colour. Friendly girl & bang on time.If all huts performed like this I’d be eating pizza at least once a week.I suggest that the area manager compares what is taking place here to other huts to gauge how they can get to this level.Hats off to the staff
One of your driver turned right out of Parham road into my Van, he admitted liability now has changed his mind, Im now 3 weeks with out a van to work, Hope your pizza's are better than your driving and thank you for effecting my lively hood.
