Delivery is far too slow. Multiple times now the delivery has taken between one hour and one hour and a half. I am currently at one hour and fifteen minutes and still waiting. The food is good, but the wait times are far too long for a delivery service. I will no longer be ordering delivery from here.
First time I've ordered lovely hot food and big portions for the kids highly recommend.
Used to love copnor takeaway, I don't know what has happened? Chips r like oven chips they r defo not chippy chips and u only get a small handful. My cod was predominantly batter with very little actual fish. The battery was crispy on the outside but dripping yellow oil in the middle. The battered sausage was greasy and the fishcakes soggy. End of an era, we will not be ordering from here again. So disappointing
I ordered many times and tried half of their menu. The food is always excellent! Takeaways are super fast, but delivery orders take a while. I usually take the order by phone and pick it up in-store. It’s a great restaurant! I highly recommend it!
Terrible delivery service, do not accept more orders if you cannot handle it. Over 2 hours for fish and chips
I ordered a large chips straight from the counter. It came quick, was a good size, was very reasonably priced, and have no complaints with the quality.
Absolutely amazing food and piping hot. Highly recommend can't wait to order again! This will definitely be a regular place to go. Thankyou so much for the food :)
Beautiful fish and chips..but waited an hour and a half for it to be delivered rang and said it would be 15 mins but waited another half hour..complained to the delivery guy and he said this always happens and we should not order from them again!!! Terrible service from the delivery guy
*UPDATE* The chicken chow mein is absolutely delicious. Been going here for a while now so know which dishes are good. Mixed starters are nice, duck with pancakes are great. Best 2 things on the Chinese menu? The pancake roll is huge, delicious and amazing value. Satay chicken skewers - I could eat a bowl of the satay sauce. Singapore noodles are very nice but super spicy. Lots of the standard Chinese dishes have been a little disappointing though.
