   I used to absolutely love pizza hut, but today was the final straw for me and my family. Went today 6 of us to celebrate a late birthday. We were told the resteraunt is now completely digital. Even when we lasr went 3 months we were still given the option to order normally through a waiter/waitress. I mean its ridiculous, what if you are having phone issues or aren't good with technology? It honestly gave me what id this world coming too kind of thoughts. We got san in an area with the 2 seats nect to the wall being ridiculously dark and having no light. The app is so unclear as well. So unclear what is unlimited and what isn't. We had a blue light card to get a discount and was given the wrong information on the app only to find out on the 3rd occasion of them asking that they had to generate a code. With that and having to order online it took us 25 minutes when it would have only being 5 minutes if they'd just let us order normally. They also basically had no waiters/waitresses. All they did was bring the food then take stuff away when done. For example when bringing drinks they usually ask who has which drink and place it directly in front of that customer. But here? Nope ill just dump everything at the end of the table and let you sort it out. Also when I asked for sauces they told us we could go up and get it. First time ive ever had that said instead of the waiting staff just getting it themselves. These things aren't huge deals but it shows a decline in service quality. Not sure why they ask for a tip on the app when they provide no service other than bringing and taking away the food, the cheek of it. The food quality was very up and down as well. My pizza was so terribly cut. Some slices where more than twice as big as others. One of my family members ordered a chicken pizza that hardly had any chicken on it. Some slices had none on at all. I thought the whole thing was a joke. Also what kind of place sells chips/fries but has no vinegar?!. I have no idea why they changed the menu so much. I used to absolutely love things like the wedges and the big milkshakes they use to do. The revamp is crazy to me. Just an all round dissapointing experience. No wonder its mostly empty everytime we come now. We will not be coming back

   Had a booking for 7pm seated on table 20. Very welcoming and friendly. Waitress was exceptional and went the extra mile. We really enjoy the food every time we come. Cooked perfectly and the meal deals are great value. It's the better restaurant in the area compared to Taco Bell and Wendys which are under par compared to this place. Thank you :)

   Just spent nearly £120 on 4 adults and one child and the kids chips was shocking 10 chips if he was lucky in a smaller metal tin. Then I asked the manager if this potion was correct he just said yeah. Then took 45 minutes to receive 2 cheesecakes that we ended up having to ask to be taken out as everyone was fed up of waiting.

   I recently returned to Pizza Hut after a long break and was curious to see what they had to offer. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. After a brief wait to be seated, I had to wait again for a server to bring the drinks and food menus. The pizzas were decent but overpriced at around £18. The salad bar was disappointing, with brown lettuce and a limited selection. The bathrooms were also quite dirty, which is always a red flag for me. Overall, I won’t be coming back to Pizza Hut anytime soon. With a few small improvements, the experience could be much better, but it's a shame that it fell short.

   Everything was great, its awesome that the salad bar is free with every meal! The staff honestly made our visit today as a lot of places are too much for my autistic nephew, and he can be restless and not enjoy food due to being quite picky. First time he's ever said he enjoyed going out for food and I credit that to the way the staff treat him.

   Quiet and good service though the quality of food has definitely gone down over the years. Pizza hut used to be THE pizza place to go but now its just bland

   Salad bar was horrible. The kids need to be watched as picking up with hands and messing around with the food and putting it back. It's a real shame as the pizzas are great but children need adult supervision.

   Very friendly and well managed restaurant. Great atmosphere all round. Variety of pizzas at the lunchtime buffet is good but sometimes the same pizzas are all out at once which limits choice when you're only in for a quick lunch.

   When we arrived with a party of 10 kids plus additional adults the server was very helpful, explaining the easiest way for us to order and making sure the children's meals were all ordered first so they were not waiting too long. We were all made to feel really welcome and the other parents all made comments about how great the service we received was. Phoebe was very friendly, chatting to the kids and especially my daughter whose birthday it was, making a fuss of her which she loved. In my daughter's words "Best birthday ever!". Thanks to all the other staff there too as they were all great and helpful. Thanks!

   We had a great welcome and the pizza was great as ever (although I miss the deep pan super supreme). Bit disappointed that they had run out of pineapple and onion. We opted for the ice-cream factory for dessert, to be told it wasn't working, but were offered a large bowl of ordinary ice-cream instead. Other than being a little slow to get the bill, service was excellent and nice to see the place busy. Was enjoying my food so much I forgot to take a photo!
