   WOWZERS!! Excellent service at Ciao!! I was in quite the predicament on Sunday 30th November at approximately 17:10pm. This was because half time of super Sunday was rapidly approaching and I was yet to order a succulent meal! In a fright, I quickly scrambled to my phone to see if it would be possible for Ciao to conjure up a scrummy pizza for half time. I was reassured by the ever calm Jack Hoskins at Ciao that they could hurry together to do this for me! To my delight, within 15 minutes I’d ordered, collected and sat watching Trevor Chalobah nod Chelsea into the lead in the 46th minute!! None of this would have been possible without the pizza maestro that is Jack Hoskins. I will be forever grateful for the exemplary service! Kind regards, An honourable local gentleman

   I’ve Not had in ages as I’ve moved from the area I thought I’d pop in as I was passing by I ordered a fillet beef stroganoff they forgot the chips not that much of an issue but the beef I don’t even think is real beef never had out like it just fatty rubbery texture as if its lab grown meat by the looks of it the pizza also just tasted very basic the base was like cardboard It’s a shame as i always recommend this place also cost £25.15 I for a meal and half

   This review is based on what we have just received. Ordered lots of times from here, we have been loyal customers since it opened and its nearly always been great but tonight we ordered a Beef Stroganoff and a Fillet Pepe and both meals were inedible. The 'fillet steak' was scraps that were full of fat and stringy, I couldn't even cut it with a sharp knife let alone chew it. Rang the Willerby shop straightaway, kid on the phone mumbling, told him my problem, 'so you want it sending again?' My reply was no, not if its the same steak, could we have chicken meals or a refund instead. He went and spoke to someone and the answer was he can re-send steak meals! I wouldn't mind all the meals have gone up in price too. They have just lost any further custom from us. Read a few reviews that its going downhill but tonight just proved it. Save your money!!

   So, I've been ordering for years from here and always thought of it as a premium takeaway and to be fair I've always found the food really good....but when they let you order through the website when they are closed and then say they will refund you that's what you expect. No refund incoming then when I ring up they say they will deliver the order BUT minus the garlic bread because it's not an offer night! Really ? It's your mistake so own it and honour the original order or maybe just maybe refund the money as your email said you would, which lets be honest you had no intention of doing. Nice number that, 10 people with orders of about £30 ! If they don't chase it up that's £300 for nothing. Very disappointed, your mistake so hold your hand up and either refund or honour the order

   I was very shocked to find that when my Fiorenta Pizza and cheesy chips were delivered the chips were cold, limp and the pizza had a milk carton seal stuck to the bottom. I called and complained and that went nowhere. I was offered a re delivery which i'd rather not accept to be honest. I'll not be ordering from this place again. See picture taken tonight. If i'd have eaten this what would have happened and what has been stuck to the bottom of the pizza's I have ordered from here in the past. I'm sorry but this is an absolute disgrace. Price has nothing to do with it but this is not a cheap pizza and chips by any means at £14.40.

   What can I say food was very bland and average but not cheap, service was very poor, we had to ask for drinks and at times we seemed invisible although there were 9 of us. I honestly would not return. I was sceptical about going as I had heard poor reports from friends, but thought we would give it a go. Well I did and won't be going back.

   I bought a Texas bbq pizza and cheesy chips. Unfortunately there was a issue with these items. The pizza had seemingly been turned on it’s head and all the toppings had slid to one corner and leaked out the box in a pile of mush. The cheesy chips were stone cold and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. I called the restaurant and reported the problem they re made the order pretty fast and got it back to me within about 45 minutes. Although it should of been right the first time I was happy that they rectified the issue and they were professional and courteous. The guy who took the call was nice and very helpful. Will deffo use again. (Plus 1 side reviews)

   Excellent selection, food, service and fast delivery. We have ordered the pizza and pastas and various sundry items and every one has been excellent. We were able to contact the restaurant directly to request changes to the pasta which they happily did and these changes now come up in their 'quick order' section of their ordering app.
