   Always been my go to takeaway until recently. Ordered two chicken wraps the other night, both was meant to have garlic sauce and neither had them, and the salad was literally all onion with like 3 bits of lettuce, and wasn't alot of chicken in the wraps. Not really acceptable for the price. Food standards have definitely dropped here unfortunately, and portions keep getting smaller. Shame. Was such a good takeaway.

   Pizzas are amazing but the driver's attitude could have been better. When someone is ordering online that's the only way they come across how your service is. It was disappointing today.

   This is the best take away in HULL always polite friendly efficient. Never had an issue for years using pizza palace. Only one and it was rectified immediately highly recommended 200% And more. taste amazing made how you ask and awesome customer service.. my friends also love it from Hull and from London they say it’s the best ever pizza they ever had You will know me … pizza palace I’m …number (10) with just a little cheese your all amazing and your food is awesome keep up the good work Anyone eles reading this review you will not be disappointed with the quality and service

   Food standards gone down the drain when I receive the food cold and late delivery with foods I ordered often missing which I rang up. And a rude response from staff on phone. Don't bother to order from them anymore
