   If I could give zero stars, I would. This was honestly one of the worst buffet experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten at plenty of places around Ireland, New York, Spain, and the Canary Islands. The food was barely warm, the soup was thick and cold, and hardly anything was available on the buffet. What little food there was wasn’t being refilled, and most of it looked old or overcooked. The selection was laughable for an “all you can eat”: one soup, one sauce, two types of rice, a handful of mains, and a few sad, dried-out chips. The dessert table was even worse, warm jelly, cheap cash and carry ice cream, and frozen cake they’d clearly just pulled from the freezer to wrap up service. To top it off, staff started cleaning up around me while I was still eating, even though there was plenty of time before closing. For the price they charge, it’s an absolute rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

   Food was great quality but service really let everything down. 5+ members of staff but nobody was around and we kept having to call someone over to order, to ask for the bill, to ask for the card machine etc. We asked to take the 10% service charge off and was told that this was not optional as advertised on the front door. This isn’t listed on the menu or website, and staff do not tell you this when booking or on arrival. Due to lack of service we explained that we would not be paying it but sadly had to get to the point of arguing about it before we felt that we could leave without feeling like criminals.

   Visited this Chinese last night and decided to opt for their all you can eat buffet. To be honest it was fantastic. The portions were of good size, the food was excellent and the service was great. We would recommend this to anyone. Thanks you for a great evening

   Went here with family as we were fed up with the beige food available in Butlins. We skipped the buffet and went for duck in orange sauce, chicken wings in honey sauce (starter), prawn fried rice and pork chow mein and chicken and sweetcorn soup. Food was served super fast and was delicious and fresh. Service was attentive and friendly. A nice reasonably priced find and only 10/ 15 minutes walk from Butlins even for my little ones. You can park free after 5pm on weekdays on the bays outside.

   We have dined here many times, always good food and service. Last night was the exception. We were given hot plates but the service was so awful they were cold before we got our food.. Our starters came in a random fashion, one of us had his spare ribs and was the only one eating, he had finished long before any of us got even the smallest starter. The people behind is made a huge fuss and had their whole meal served very quickly.. The staff were nice to us but didnt seem to have a lot of idea what the food was or why the plates came hot half an hour before the food, by which time they were cold.. An experience really spoiled and we didnt get any explanation. Perhaps there should be more chefs.....

   Today I've been to this place with my dad for latw lunch on our trip. The food was absolutely fantastic, fresh, tasty and presented really nice. Staffs were nice and helpful as well as smiling all the time providing great customer service. Overall amazed with this place.

   Ordered through Just Eat a takeaway for collection. Easy enough to order as I already have a Just Eat account. Just ordered 3 mains with noodles. Was ready in 18 mins. Just had enough time to get from North Bersted to Bognor to collect. Arrived & showed them my text that my food was ready. Food was hot. I delivered myself to 2 separate family households. Was told food was tasty & generous portions. Due to covid, haven't been inside this Chinese in ages, but would definitely have takeaway again. Edit: actually went in here to eat last week, Tuesday I think, with 1 other adult & 1 kid. Booked table old style by phone call!!!! Clean. Air con. Once seated you choose from a menu all you can eat for £22 per adult, £10.50 per child under 8. One portion prawn crackers included. Drinks not included. You order one course at a time,once you've finished say your starter, you order your main(s), & so on. The portions are a decent size, especially starters (we had chicken satay, came as 4 skewers, prawn toast, again 4 triangles, crispy spring rolls, again 4). Mains I'd say are a bit smaller portions than if you ordered a takeaway, I'm assuming so that there's no waste perhaps, as you can order more if you choose once you finish. Drinks bit pricey, but aren't they always these days. Puds are pre made ice cream things (I had "Pina colada" in a glass, pineapple, coconut, ice cream & g'son had vanilla ice cream in a plastic "penguin" which they washed after so we could take home, glass too). Food yummy as ever. Don't go if you've eaten already that day! Luckily we hadn't! Staff lovely & quick to clear table. Only 3 other tables occupied, didn't feel squashed together re covid although we were in same area. Will return.
