   I have visited various Domino's locations in Hull several times and have always enjoyed good food and service. However, my experience at this specific branch was a major disappointment. ​ While one staff member was very kind, another was quite cold, and couldn't even tell his co-worker that my food was paid. More importantly, both the pizza and the chicken wings smelled bad and tasted terrible. I unfortunately had to throw the entire order away."

   Honestly it is not event worth thyping my experience with this dominos store. Absolutely disgusting and atrocious the manners of the workers here especially the delivery drivers! please please do not order from this branch at all. If I share my experience I had with them last night in the pouring rain you'd be fuming!

   I came in to order at the till and waited around 10 minutes without anyone coming to assist me. Eventually, an employee asked if I was there for a collection. I explained that I hadn’t ordered yet and wanted to place an order at the till. The employee then left, and it took another 10 minutes before they returned to take my order. Overall, I felt very out of place and found the experience unfriendly

   First time I’ve eaten from here, and it will be the last. The kitchen staff can’t even cook fries properly. They were still raw in the middle and a strange pale colour. The pizza was so dry and overcooked that it hurt my throat when I swallowed it. An absolute waste of money and definitely the worst takeaway I have ever had.

   Ordered a New Yorker pizza from here the other night, and have to say that the overall taste of the pizza was average at best. Certain not even worth the reduced price of £12 for a large. Something has changed, because when I last ordered from here say, last year or so, the pizza was tasty. However, this last order was lacking in flavour. I certainly didn’t get any strong flavour of cheese, even though I am aware mozzarella is a mild tasting cheese. Either there has been a change on a country wide basis, regarding the quality of some of their ingredients. Or, it’s this particular store cutting corners and getting cheaper, less tasty toppings. Of which it is, I have no idea, but I will not be returning as I have gotten good quality frozen pizza around the £5 price range, that tasted equally as good. Just as an aside and not directly related to domino’s: I have noticed not only the quantity or weight of items purchased, say a Tesco mid-range ready meal. They have shrunk, increased in price, and in my personal opinion they have lowered in quality. That is just one example of many items we companies are looking to maximise their profit margins, so cut their ingredient quality, reduce the size of the item and charge you more! That’s were we are in the UK right now, and I think what I have finished off with there, may be a part other than the size, of Domino’s quality issue.

   After 2hrs of my order not being delivered, I called multiple times and each of them kept saying “it’s coming in 5-10mins” on the fourth time I called after eating an extra 40mins the server said I hadn’t ordered anything which was a lie of course. After urging them to check with my details carefully they finally agreed on it being there and it’s way past the next 10mins as I type this. 2am on a Monday

   Pizza tasted great and the twisted cheese dough balls are really good! Domino's overall is great and I've never had any issues. It looks overpriced at first but if you use the Domino's app you can get some great deals especially if you collect your food from the store. This Domino's is open till 5am which is great if your up all night and looking to order food! I definitely recommend trying the twisted cheese dough balls one of the best sides on the menu!
