   just been served by the new staff they’ve employed at the subway unfortunately the service is not as good as it used to be didn’t get informed of how much I was spending before they took my money quality of sandwiches is not the same.

   Fast service and great to pop in for a sandwich before going to the cinema above it. I've only ever been served by the same lady and she's very friendly. I always used to get a Meatball Marinara but since the introduction of the new sandwiches, I always go for a Big Breakwich which is absolutely beautiful though a little too filling for a footlong! Tables are always clean and prices are good. Go for a meal deal. It's much better value!

   Overcharged for gluten free sandwich. Standard charge is 50p extra across Subway franchises. They charged £1.50. Didn't notice until I was home. Owner wasn't a friendly chap either. Will be avoiding in future. Wouldn't recommend it.

   called in as we do whenever we go to Parkway Cinema.. On this occation to watch TOP GUN ... 3 Of us ordered on entering i used the very clean toilet . and the 2 lads on duty were as one would expect in a food shop like this ..floor was being cleaned etc . Only grip was NOT the food but the emptie Hand sanitizer bottle near door , Maybe they just didnt get round to it :) but on whole it will be our stop off as and when we travel to Beverley from Bridlington ,, Keep up the good work guys ... OH just mention .. on other occations we noticed anti social behaviour ( idiots ) is dealt with asap . ..

   Have eaten/ordered from subway a few times. My orders predominantly turn out wrong or with some stuff missing for example drink, crisps and even some times the sandwich itself. The first couple of times I let it slide as it was around lunch time so thought they must of been rushed off their feet but still this should not compromise my order and should be delivered to a satisfactory standard. More recently I’ve ordered out of lunch hours so the lunch time rush would be over, but they have still gotten the wrong sandwich and missed stuff from the order, I have had to call up to get it sorted on different occasions. Instead of a delivery driver returning to my home address with the goods, subway have told me that if I want the items then I will have to walk to the shop and collect the right order. Today I order some food and they didn’t have the drink that we wanted so just sent the order without any drinks. They could if called up and asked if we wanted a different drink or offer us something else. Very disappointed with the level of service given by subway I am not happy at all. Will not be ordering from there again, and I would strongly recommend anyone else not to order.

   Called in to get my two girls some tea as we'd been to an appointment and this was an easy option. Absolutely great place. Staff were so friendly and attentive, chatting to my daughter about managing to eat a whole foot-long!! Very clean and tidy too, always a bonus. Will happily choose to eat from there again - thank you xx
