One of the cleanest hotel rooms & bathrooms I've ever been to. Did not expect. Front desk staff friendly. Room good size. Large desk for working and power sockets near bed. Small wardrobe as well.

The hotel is a very short walk from the train station, which made it very convenient. There are places to eat nearby and the room was perfectly adequate. I appreciate that there are snacks available 24/7 and the price was very reasonable. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Mine was a very basic room, which is what I wanted and expected for the price, but it was clean and adequately comfortable.

Great location (we came on the train and it's a short walk from the station). Good value for money at just over £50.00 a night for a room. Great shower, comfy bed, good quality of sleep, very quiet at night, easy check in and out process. We will definitely use again when visiting Hull again.

Hotel is in an excellent location only a few minutes from the station and the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. When the air con in my room stopped working they had someone fix it the same day. Room was clean and breakfast as expected. They also have a left luggage which let me explore the morning I was heading back.

Staff very friendly and helpful. 1st room given smelt of smoke so went back to reception and was offered another room no quibbles. Went to bar and had evening meal that was gorgeous and great value for money. Breakfast was also great value. No parking was a let down as had to park 5 min walk away.

Stayed in hotel for one night. This is a basic functional hotel, nothing fancy. The room was clean and warm. At the price booked direct I would say good value, including tea coffee/ kettle in room. If came Hull again would stay. Functional not luxury. Staff friendly and helpful. This is very near train station 3 min walk. No idea about parking. Food severed 24 hrs a day things like pizza. Small bar on site. Stars rating is for average hotel not bad hotel

Booked here as we were attending an event at the nearby bonus arena. Location for us was about perfect, multistorey carpark nearby just £3/day and the arena both within a couple of minutes walk, the town center a couple of minutes more. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, the shower was excellent.

As a budget hotel for a few days it did the job... When I booked the "deal" (online) it included breakfast each day... of course, when we arrived breakfast was available but... at an extra cost. Room was very hot and the a/c only worked as a fan, no chilling at all so just moved the warm air around the room. Had no loo brush... and limited power outlets but, we managed. Staff generally friendly, helpful and polite. Did see one guest get sent outside to drink a can of soda because she hadn't bought it at the bar... even though her partner had purchased a beer from the bar.. found that a bit odd. Also.... the lift had the name "Schindler" which made me wonder if one of the floors would be a camp or a chamber..."Schindler!s Lift"
