   I like this store, but yesterday at 4:30 PM it was closed. I was hoping to stop by before work. I can't rely on the store's hours and waste my time at closed doors. And this isn't the first time.

   Have been coming here for the past year never had any issues. One of the female staff members was hovering over after she unlocked one of the locked items at the self check out counter. Like if you're going to hover over(not trusting people would pay) then might as well ask people politely to simply take it to the cash counter instead so people don't feel like they are being needlessly watched.

   My daughter and her friend entered this shop one of who was 18 and my daughter who was 17. A person outside guilt tripped them into buying her a lighter and a member staff refused service because one of the girls was underage. They then told the staff member the situation and were laughed at by a staff member and a man working security. After talking to the person outside the girls left from which they're were shouted at then chased down the road by a man. The staff were very rude and unhelpful.

   Really bad inept staff with a bad attitude. Took 10 minutes to sort out a basic issue of incorrect pricing. Felt sorry for Alicia as she asked for help from Sarah. Sarah was useless with very poor customer service skills.

   Ok, sure- it’s a supermarket. I don’t expect much. But would it kill a place that thrives on convenience to be, well, convenient? The layout seems to change with every visit- not to mention the prices. And to top it all off, it always seems to be ludicrously understaffed. It could honestly be a perfectly fine establishment if the management simply bucked their ideas up.

   It's pretty handy as it's usually open early/late however it probably won't sell more than one type of your general staples except for bread and it's fairly expensive. The customer service is usually not too bad although there are a couple of members of staff that clearly don't want to work there.

   Was a good store but it's unable to stock produce correctly. If you go for Bailey's on a Sunday, you have no hope. You'll find some cheap bottles of Irish Cream if you are lucky. Seems like they need to give their heads a wobble, and learn basic supply and demand stock management.
