   Female on the counter just left my disabled husband stranded because she refused to give him cash back claimed she wasn’t allowed to do it unless it’s an emergency, told my husband that he didn’t look disabled his card doesn’t work in the cash machine due to a crack in it needed money for petrol she laughed at him told him to enjoy his walk I’m emailing head office now this is disgraceful behaviour my husband has fibromyalgia struggles to walk or even move for that matter what a horrible person she is

   Observed the name tag on the uniform of the employee who has served me a few times (only took notice because I’m sick of her rudeness) and…. her name isn’t Karen as expected, it’s Denise. She has three settings whilst serving customers: she either barks at you, ignores you or talks to everyone EXCEPT you. Also this shop is constantly closed because it’s going through issues such as leaks etc. Because a company takes it over, but doesn’t fix the initial problems then they escalate and….. it has to close. Might as well keep it closed at this point. What a load of……
