   Had a very bad experience here the other day, I was buying some chewing gum and was falsely accused of shoplifting with absolutely no evidence. A private purchase I had made the day before was brought up in front of the other customers, this combined with the accusation of shoplifting in front of members of the community was extremely humiliating. When the employee realised she was wrong, she gave a reluctant, insincere apology. Typical over surveillance of young working class men, especially those who are neurodivergent or have other traits deemed suspicious. An autistic man was humiliated in public

   Extremely convenient location and opening times, has pretty much everything you'd need for basic groceries and shopping as well as regular promo stuff, the staff are always helpful; a genuine life saver during the lockdowns, and the staff can't be praised enough for their service in general, but especially during those times.

   Despite the current Lockdown period, I have got nothing but praise for this store. In fact, I have been able to get all my shopping from there without the need to go elsewhere. The shop is fully stocked and most pleasing is the standard of service from the staff has remained at an exceptionally high level during this difficult time.

   Great to see social distancing tape around the store. Surely the security guard could remind people why the tape is there instead of just standing there with his hands in his pockets and yawning his head off.

   Every time I go this tesco express I either get a lazy, rude person behind the till or there's never anything stocked fully. I also wasn't offered a receipt on my last visit. I'd sooner go to a neighbouring convenience store...

   Was close to where I was going so easy on time. Unfortunately that was the end of the points. Reasonable selection but very expensive. Also not sure if it's the managers rule or Tesco rule but refusing to reduce fresh produce states use by tomorrow when they had nothing newer is just poor customer service Revisited at a later date and the service was excellent. Got to mention Danny who was so helpful finding me stock that wasn't out.
