Regularly eat here with our work team. Always guaranteed a warm welcome from the staff and there is a fair selection of beers to choose from. They do THE BEST CHIPS locally. (If you love the thick cut variety). Always a varied menu to choose from too.
Been here three times recently having found it en-route. Small but great pub. Four real ales on and the food is really tasty, obviously homemade and not pricey. Friendly chatty staff, good views of the water. Suggest using the local pay car park at £1.10/hour.
Great. Local pub that had some engaging and customer oriented team members.. I was made to feel most welcome. Excellent all round and menu in the blackboard - brilliant - none of this QR code rubbish, meaning you don't have to take mobile with and you can do what pubs are for conversation great food and drinks and great service.
Stopped in here for a quick solo lunch after exploring the little village. As an Aussie, it's hard to get a ploughman's back home. So I was keen to try theirs. It was excellent. Very generous portion size. Went great with a glass of wine. Lovely staff too. They all seemed quite bubbly and happy to be there, which gave a nice vibe.

Busy lunchtime and felt like more staff needed behind the bar. However, all the staff were polite and friendly, food arrived quickly and was very tasty.
This hidden gem in Bosham, off the beaten track and one of our favourite places to visit, wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and the food is always the best too with such nice special menus including children's menu. The only negative is there are very rarely any tables free, but that shows the popularity and splendor of this place. Either book in advance or wait patiently for people to move on ( it's definitely worth the wait!! ) Thanks Anchor Bleu see you soon!!
Lovely little pub on the water! Definitely worth a visit especially when they are running their Pie & Pint offer over the autumn/winter months - always a vegetarian option which is great to see!
This is how it should be done. Proper pub food that is exceptionally tasty served by very friendly staff in a lovely old waterside pub. The location is ridiculously picturesque in the village of Bosham. The home made pies for us were the star of the show and the fish and chips deserves a special mention. The menu is extensive enough to satisfy most tastes and we hope to sample some more of it next time we come this way. Some very naughty but nice deserts as well. 10/10
