   Superb roast dinner today, I had the trio of roasts, chicken, roast beef and honey riast gammon. My girlfriend had the gammon and we shared a cauli cheese. We ordered promptly and didn’t have to wait long at all for our fantastic food. Everything was on point and you could tell it was fresh. Amazing roasties, honey roasted carrots and parsnips. And the meat was cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere, very welcoming and great food. Highly recommended.

   Went to this pub for the first time on Sunday. 6 of us in total. Food was fantastic, a little bit slow to arrive, but certainly worth the wait. They have a really good bunch of staff here, and everyone we dealt with couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our visit. The whole place is really welcoming, and just feels like a nice place to sit with a drink or go for a meal. We will definitely be going back!

   One of the best places in town for a Sunday dinner. I will definitely be back for another. Shannon and Ruby do a lovely job in the kitchen and the servers are on point. The fact I can have a roast and watch football at the same time is fantastic. Keep up the good work and see you next week.

   Certainly one of the best pub roasts we’ve ever experienced. Lovely staff, gorgeous food, a great vibe to the entire place and great value for money. We won’t be leaving it too long before we’re back for another fine roast. Thanks everyone!

   Monday nights are BUSY in the Ship Inn. Quiz night, football on and people everywhere. Great atmosphere and a real buzz about the place. Staff were friendly and attentive, food comes in big portions and tasted great. Would recommend a visit, but if you’re not one for crowds, check ahead to see if they’ve got an event on as it may be busy. Thanks for finding us a table to eat at fairly short notice too!

   Had to wait over half an hr for a roast that came out barely cooked and stone cold! £14 bit steep for emsworth. Wont be returning and not recommended!

   Local pub and was sent away Christmas Eve early evening because they wouldn't let children in. (ages 8 and 11) Door staff/ bouncers Why would a pub have door staff in Emsworth? No pub in emsworth should need them unless it attracts the wrong type of people. If you want a nice pint and local, please avoid this place. There are much better pubs in Emsworth

   We stop by here with the dogs on our walks. The food is always good. The welcome atmosphere is pleasant. They always say hello to the dogs. Table service was very fast. The seating in the garden was good and more seats available than last time i visited. Our dogs where rather noisy i hope it didn't put the other customers off too much.
