Lorena and Miguel have given us the best customer service. It is so nice to find so many vegan options, and they are all so good! The vibe is so cool, the deco and they also have so many cool details. The burrito is the best!!! And I am definetely coming back so I can try aaaaalll the options!
Everthing was so good that I cannot even describe it! You have to try this guys. I wish I was a fried potatoe so I could be bathed and loaded with all that goood vegan stuff! Yummy! Seriously the best vegan meal I've ever had in England. And thank you so much; Miguel and Lorena you guys are the best and gave us the sweetest service. Btw, loved the new decoration!
God DAMN, if this place doesn't make the best goddamn fries this side of the Atlantic then my name is Darth Vader. Recommend fajita fries. Fantastic burritos loaded with good meat, sauce, cheese and more. A local (family run?) business working hard to make authentic food and doing a bloody good job of it. Always order through the website and pickup so can't comment on delivery.
Lost a previously loyal customer today due to your changed service levels. Shan't be buying here again. Website not fit for purpose. Allowed me to place 2 orders and charge me for them before telling me I'm outside the delivery area. Now have to wait up to 7 days for both orders to be refunded. Edit following response comment: the first order I placed I was not informed it was outside the delivery area, the restaurant simply did not respond in time and the order timed out. The second order I placed it was rejected after placing rather and here I was informed I was outside the delivery area. My point was the website allowed me to place and charge me for both orders knowing my delivery address instead of not allowing the order to be placed in the first place. And yes it was definitely this restaurant I have previously ordered from many times before where they have delivered to my house but now no longer do so. Whatever happened to 'the customer is always right' and 'service is king'. Seems an air of arrogance in the restaurants responses to these reviews as though their customers are just simply wrong. Not to worry though plenty of other local businesses to support. A couple of my favourites I'd recommend: Wild Mango (Indian, amazing special dishes, great quality food) Yukchinhon (Super high quality and beautifully presented Japanese food and sushi).
Absolutely delicious food, fantastic value! Ingredients tastes fresh and good quality. Used very little plastic in delivery packaging. A nice concise menu so everything is made properly. Couldn't recommend any higher!
I ordered from just eat with my 2 sisters and freind i had the pulled pork with bbq spice burrito was a very good size had plenty in it and it tasted really good. I was sceptical as was first time ordering from here and never had burritos before but that changed after eating it. Other item i had was loaded fries katsu versions they were good but could have taste a bit more like curry had a very week taste f it so i would take a look there if they could as could barley taste that part maybe make the taste stronger. Other than that minor problem they was good and would probably try another next time. All in all was worth getting and i am full after it very good my sisters seemed to like it to.
Some of the best food ever!! I love going here, their veggie food is amazing!! The no dog loaded chips are the best loaded chips I have ever had. Even if you are not vegetarian you need to try these, best ever!! A must have for anyone and everyone!! I love it here!!
Ordered the On fire chicken Burrito. Not remotely spicy. Flavor was so bland. No seasoning and rice was weird. I had heard good things. But was very disappointed. After spending time in Mexico, this tastes nothing like a proper burrito. 30 pound for two of us. Also had the dirty fries which were £7.50 which is pricey were not the best either. Overall very disappointing.
Had a brilliant experience with HTR was browsing through Just Eat for something new, a different experience and stumbled across HTR. I find it really difficult to find new places to try who offer vegan options. I saw the Chicken Vegan Pieces being offered as a burrito and a chimichanga and immediately opted for the chimi! I have always heard about them but never ordered one before. Absolutely gigantic beautifully wrapped and divine! Lightly toasted on the outside and the inside was soft and packed with flavour. Lovely little note on the delivery bag and the fun treat included was such a warming surpise. Brilliant customer service. What a flavour experience! Definitely recommend others give this a whirl!
