   Popped in for a flying lunch whilst we waited for our car to be recovered! Service was great start to finish from the young girl who served us (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) and the food was great! Lovely and hot well presented and very tasty. The standard was a lot higher than I had expected from the chain! Will 100% be coming back! Many thanks

   Amazing, just incredible service from start to finish. Charlie was amazing all throughout mine and my friends brunch. Made our experience 10 out of 10. He is a credit to the restaurant. Very happy and bubbly person, thanks again Charlie. Maddie and Ben were our bar tenders drinks were great and food was lovely. Thanks for the service guys.

   Popped in for a quick lunch today and was seated very quickly by the lovely Tom R, he made sure we had no allergies and he recommended a great mocktail and served our drinks quickly but with enough time to browse the menu. We ordered the sharing platter, as a starter this would be great for 4, but between 2 as a main, this was more than ample. Our food was served promptly, hot and very delicious. Tom made sure to check everything was ok with our food, which it was. When we were finished, he attentively noticed and cleared our plates and offered desert whilst engaging in light chit chat and showed interest on what we were doing today. A very lovely experience!

   There's not many food options in this area if you're staying at the Premier Inn opposite so we came to this TGI Fridays. I know it's a big chain but I haven't been often and the food prices are not exactly cheap. However, they had the 2 courses for £19.65 offer which is way cheaper than ordering 2 individual menu items. I had the spiced calamari starter which was actually quite spicy. And for my main, I had the sesame chicken strips with chips. For me, the sauce was way too sweet and the chicken was covered with it, but it also came with an extra side of sauce, which, I guess could be good for some but it was way too much for me. Overall, for the price and the taste, I didn't see anything special with it and I won't be rushing back to another TGI Fridays anytime soon.

   Great meal, good service, decent prices. Only criticism was we had to eat at the bar (which to be fair, we didn't really mind) because they had taken their last walk in for the evening when we arrived (7:30pm) so make sure you book a table to avoid missing out! Still a very enjoyable meal regardless!

   Extremely poor experience visiting last week. Poor service included having to request menus multiple times to different servers, the server getting our food order wrong (and the tables next to us were also incorrect and unhappy). Poor food quality...these are the "Super loaded cheese bacon fries" ...if you would call that cheese loaded?! But then again the fries were stone cold so what should we have expected any better really? Then having waited with no servers to be found we had to go to the welcome greeter to request to pay so we could leave, as we had already spent >10 minutes waiting for the bill. Very poor service + average food quality = not value for money. I would recommend avoiding. The store has gone down hill since rebranding as "Fridays"... Bring back TGI!

   TGI"s is always good for a party size group and it always seems that no size party is too big a party for TGI's on any night if the week. The food at the Fareham branch was great, big thanks to the chef that night they were doing a great job, although I would prefer them to return to the smaller chicken wings and not the supersized one's they had that night. Service from some of the staff was above and beyond particularly Maddie and Tilly (I think that was her name) I'm not sure I've had better service in any other restaurant, they did a fab job, very attentive and polite and thank god for them because our welcome at the door was far from what I was expecting, I came very close to leaving, maybe a bit more training on how to meet and greet is needed for that member of staff, I couldn't see their name properly. Despite the poor welcome at the door I will probably return another time.
