I wish I took a picture of the first burger, completely raw, took it to the counter and was told that should never have happened, offered a new burger and fries. I declined more fries as already had fries and got a new burger made, promised this one will be cooked, however that was not the case. One patty cooked the other not, offered another burger cooked but I was put off by this point and asked for a refund, I do wish I had all my meal refunded and not just the burger as I would not have ordered fries and a drink if I wasn't having a burger. Unfortunately have been put off eating here, which is a shame as its a rare occasion due to distance and price. I do have a picture of the second burger but unable to add a picture.

I had a very disappointing experience at Five Guys Burgers and Fries. The burger was extremely dry and lacked any real flavor, making it far from enjoyable. The fries were overcooked, tasteless, and felt like the cheapest quality possible, which was surprising given the high price. Overall, the food did not meet expectations at all and was definitely not worth the cost. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good burger and fries.

Best five guys I’ve been to! Especially due to the staff who are all really friendly and attentive, even after arriving close to 11pm. Was served by Becky who was brilliant! Always great to see people in hospitality really taking care in their work.

Too expencive for what you eat. A small hot dog, wasn’t enough for a child. Tasteless burger! 3 people for £50, better Mac or BK at this point. Really disappointed!

I recently went to Five Guys in Gunwharf for my first time. Ordering was straightforward using their self-service kiosks. There were plenty of choices, and lots of options to customise my burger. I also ordered a small portion of fries, which turned out to be absolutely massive! The food was good – the burger was well-flavoured and generously sized, and I did enjoy it. The chips were also very tasty, and the Cajun spice really enhanced them. I did think it was quite expensive for what it was, but the quality justified the price. Unfortunately, I didn't really like the atmosphere. It was very loud, brightly lit, and not a particularly enjoyable dining experience. I felt that for the price of the food, the restaurant's ambience didn't quite match up.

It's a good tasteful burger, nice fries and shakes, you do pay for the fries separately as they don't come with the burger. But they do give you loads. But the burger's meat is tasteful and great quality (no good for vegetarians, as I don't believe that they offer a vegan option). And you choose what goes in the burger from lettuce and tomatoes to what sauce you'd like. It can get busy in there!

I got the bacon cheese burger, all beef hotdog and the cajun style fries, the hotdog was average, nothing special, its just a processed sausage in a small roll, the cajun fries were quite nice, they have a spicy kick to it, the burger was delicious, its a greasy delicious, decent quality, can't complain about it. Would recommend avoiding the all beef hotdog and just go for the burgers.
