Ordered online for collection, all our curries tasted amazing, even the rice was really tasty. My Tikka Masala was one of the best I’ve had. Will definitely be having more regularly!
Never tasted anything so disgusting. Did not taste like a curry, it was very bland and watery. I've made better myself. Won't be ordering again.
I visited the restaurant on Sunday and a had chicken tika. I have no spent the last few days in bed with food poisoning and it's Christmas day tomorrow and I'm not sure i will be well enough to eat Christmas dinner. The doctors have told me it can go on for 2 to 4 days. Thank you Curry Cottage, I won't be coming back to you
Service on collection was good, food well that's a different story, I had vegetarian curry and it was so bland and watery unbelievable, the veg was frozen sweetcorn, frozen garden peas a few runner beans and a small piece of potatoe that was it. Bombay potato was the same as the vegetarian curry as for the onion bhajis I got 4 at £4.10 they were the size if not smaller a gobstopper. Really not worth value for money. I could have had a jar of curry from the shops and thrown in vegetable this would have been taster.
Ordered £42 worth of food king prawn kashmir £8.95 just 4 king prawn’s chopped up mixed with potatoes no flavor whats so ever the chicken tikka masala 5 pieces of chicken tastes of just coconut not massala onion bhajis are smaller then golf balls everything flavourless just a waste of money gave to the foxes even they turned their noses up and left it

Disappointed. Poppadoms burnt, no salad or sauce with mixed kabab. Prawn curry, no curry flavour at all. Needed warming up again.
Ordered via uber eats. Food turned up and it was flavorless and the Tikka masala was clearly sent incorrect this is the most overpriced flavorless curry I have ever ordered. Absolute shambles. Definitely would not recommend and will certainly not eat from here again.
Curry is lovely. However £1 a popudom is extortionate and for how much we ordered and paid we didn't even recieve a whole popudum it was a few smashed up bits of popudom and when I called about it, the guy on the phone didn't care to address the issue at all.
