   I ordered food and spent over £30 last night and had to wait over an hour for my food. When it arrived, the garlic bread with cheese was undercooked in the middle and my donner meat didn’t have any sauce which I had paid for. Also, the food wasn’t very hot. I called them and explained this, but the man I spoken to said there isn’t much they can do as they are too busy to send out what I paid for. I explained this was the second time this had happened and I didn’t have any sauce as I had not been shopping. I never received an apology or the correct order. I won’t shop here again, terrible!

   Don't even want to give a star even After spending £48 on 6 meals and waiting over an hour for delivery 5 meals come was missing one so called back was told they could deliver it within a few hours told them no as we were all ment to be eating together still waiting for the missing food turn up now. When called back the guy in the phone was very rude blaming us and food was also stone cold

   I won't take away to many stars because It's my local a lot nicer and price is lot a better to other but I can't understand them hot wings anymore there really not very nice since they changed , the others was my favourite and regularly use you for the chicken box meal but unfortunately won't anymore because they have no flavour and very dry there not hot wings anymore not cripsy the pieces of chicken and chips as usual are nice but got 15 wings that we couldn't eat after one of them

   Ordered on Sunday evening via their website which then directed us to another service. Ordered & paid. Then nothing so turned up at the takeaway and was told they don’t use that service anymore even though it was via their own website. Was told they’ll refund us. Bang today money goes from pending to paid and they have closed the order down as complete even though they told us they didn’t use this service anymore. Paid for food that never materialised. Will be going back to the shop once opened and getting my money back!

   I use this takeaway regularly and I have never been disappointed, the food is always fresh and hot, the delivery is quick and they do the best pollo pizzas ever. I highly recommend this takeaway. Edit 19/3/23 - Kind of fell off ever since it was sold the food was burnt. Edit 24/3/23 - Today's order was a lot better and seems to be back to the way it was. Thanks!

   ordered here numerous times and will continue to return. the food is always hot and soooo tasty! the popcorn chicken is bloody gorgeous and i’d recommend it so much. the burgers are amazing too! they’ve never messed up our orders either. super friendly ☺️☺️☺️

   Yeah you guys are really gonna have to step your game up with east hull pizza couple of doors down. Foods pretty miserable. The most basic stuff for the price. Dull, dry chicken burgers, £4.20 for salt and pepper chips which is just a large portion of chips with some peppers thrown on top so the chips go soggy.. Delivery drivers are useless. Half my order was missing. Also i dont pay for delivery to have to go on a wild goose hunt tryna find the driver. I want it at my door. Just because theres stairs in the flats.... its your job lol

   Arrived quicker than estimated, good temperature, curly fries were really good and the pizza is nice too and is reasonably priced. Delivery man was friendly.
