   I went to collect my order but was told no rice so I had to have sautéed potatoes which was very greasy and soggy!! Too many onions and only 4 thin pieces of red pepper? Very disappointed of portion size I was still hungry and I'm not a big eater normally would have some left for another meal, my partner and son enjoyed there pizzas, been here several times gone downhill?? I won't be using this takeaway again!!

   Absolutely amazing, had the BEST chicken Kiev pizza from here, super garlicky! Garlic and cheese dough balls are so nice too! The guy who owns ciao is super polite and friendly! Definitely would order again!

   Absolutely appauling, our order was 20 minutes late , fair enough not their fault may have been the driver but took a bite into my wrap and it was raw pure pink, all the middle was pink, called up and they made excuses that they were busy etc not an excuse to send food out raw to paying customers, waste of money !!!

   Ciao is my new favourite takeaway. Pizza's are the best in Beverley. Recommend upgrading to stuffed crust. Driver is already really friendly.

   If I could give no stars I would. Hair in pizza, all food was cold and burger was pink. Rang up for a refund to be shouted and sworn at by the chef saying we are liars. Absolutely disgusting wouldn’t recommend anyone orders here.

   Cold food. Hot and cold items bagged together in tied plastic bags so left food soggy. Burgers and fries were completely cold on arrival. Chicken burger had 2 small pieces of chicken not a chicken breast as advertised. The cans of drink were warm as put in same bag with hot food. Fries soggy from the condensation. Nutella doughballs overcooked with hardly any Nutella topping so dry and chewy. Used ciao several times in the past with no issues, called the shop, the owner/chef attitude was dismal, no apology, refused any refund and didn't have time to resend food. Offered me 20% next order and wouldn't budge, I won't be ordering ever again it was dire and waste of £30.

   Absolute shocking service. Such a shame as this used to be a favourite in our house. 1st time they were shut but the order went through, drove to collect to discover we werent getting our order and tonight after an hour and half wait i rang to ask where it was to discover it was another 45- 50 minute wait. Staff became rude on phone when asked to cancel order as i had 5 people waiting for food. "Well what do you want me to do about it?" No apology nothing. Won't be going back!

   Average but big enough portion sizes with a good amount of meat in all the dishes we ordered. Flavoursome but nothing special, OK prices but a touch on the expensive side. They have a menu different to most places in Beverley which means it's nice to have this as an option, and for that reason this is an appealing choice. Overall I'd say it is slightly overpriced for the quality and they made a mistake with our order, but all things considered I would go back again and I would recommend it to others, but I'm not sure I'll be hankering for it again straight away, then again there was nothing to complain about. We only ate pasta dishes so can't comment on the pizza's or the rest of the menu.

   Returning customer and will be making Ciao a regular when in need of a quality take away. Good menu selection, friendly staff and the quality and variety of their Pizzas are excellent and I am already looking forward to trying other dishes from their list of dishes. I used to own the shop next door in the 1980's and wish it had been their then.
