   The food is good when it actually arrives but I’ve been waiting 2 hours 45 and it’s still not here. Absolute joke, if they are that busy or short of drivers they need to call customers back and give them the chance to cancel

   Today we had a celebration and we ordered 13 pizzas and 6 bags of chips . The order came and wow every part of the order was right and boiling hot . So bloody impressive for such a massive order . Amazing food

   Had an awful order last week where the pizza was tipped upside down and took over 2 hours to come and we rang up and spoke to the manager who was lovely and very apologetic and said next time we order we have a credit of £30, even though our order was £23.50. Called up tonight to place this order and when asked to confirm the credit, the guy on the phone, who claimed to be the owner, said no you have £23.50 credit. He was raising his voice down the phone with an arrogant tone and being very rude and would not listen to what I was trying to say. Absoloutely disgusting service. As a person who works in customer service this is not acceptable. We’ve used this takeaway for many years but now after this encounter, never again.

   Comments on the order doesn’t work or not bothering to read the comments left when making an order Need to get it sorted as same as la Bella and also Anlaby square pizza using same ordering website non of them take any notice of the request/comments when making an order.

   Wow think I’ve found the best takeaway ever… food is very high quality and tastes amazing best gourmet burgers ever and the pizza is out of this world food was piping hot quick delivery and a very pleasant delivery driver, This is gonna be my new favourite takeaway, great food express grill house - thank you (shame can only give 5 ⭐️‘s)
