   Placed an order, for cheeseburger, chips, burger sauce, £22.90 taken immediately for the order, then I receive an email saying, your order has been cancelled, you will be refunded, this can take a couple of hours or a few days. What a cheek. Disgusting taking the money without confirming the order, then taking days to return funds. I will never order from dope burger again, I have rang the shop, surprisingly no answer, I left a message on the answerphone, but no one has had the common decency to return my call. Great way to treat your customers.

   Having to sell an arm and a leg for one burger is asking a lot, so you’d better believe I’m going to be brutally honest. The menu was way too long, it just went on and on, and they were all burgers, which made it kind of overwhelming to choose. Once I finally decided, I’ve got to admit, it looked pretty good. My burger was juicy, messy, and full of flavor, all the right elements were there, and it ended up being really solid however, I’m no burger expert, but for the price, it just didn’t quite live up to the hype as much as I was expecting. I also got the cheese fries, which were fine, nothing special, wouldn’t get them again. Their main sauce was basically just ketchup and mayo mixed together. My friend got the birria burger, and I tried the birria, that one was actually really good. For dessert, I went with the brownie (one of the few options available), and that one definitely hit. No complaints there.

   ordered a chicken burger with cajun chips and milkshake. milkshake was good but apart from that unable to eat the rest of the food. the chips were stone cold and burger was awful. rancid smell coming from chicken and it was rubbery beyond belief, couldn't eat more than one bite and found myself just drinking the shake. definitely not worth spending £20+

   Don't deserve even one star. Daughter ordered and paid over £50 for family treat - is now been 5 hours and NO FOOD DELIVERED. Called after 2 hours to be told food would be 15 minutes. Clearly a lie. Dopeburger have now stopped answering phone, won't respond to messages, delete comments and block on Facebook - THEY WILL NOT REFUND!!! SCAM company who are clearly happy to rip-off customers. Dopeburger - REFUND my daughter's money now! We will not stop until the money has been refunded!!

   Never order from here! I ordered for my family, was charged £40 and the food never arrived. Now I cannot get a refund. Told the shop cannot do it because I used the Dope Burger website (also told on the third time I rang the shop that it wasn’t his problem as he wasn’t on shift that night) left a message on the website - no contact from anyone. Crooks!

   Ordered Cheese burger with an extra patty (£3) and extra cheese (£2). The burger was supposed to come with Cheddar cheese and American cheese as standard. As you can see from the pics provided, it doesn't look as though it came with any cheese despite paying extra for more. I phoned and they replaced which means the review has gone from 1/5 to 2/5. I waited 1hr for the first delivery then another hour for the new burger.

   I was a dope virgin, until now, very nice very tasty, but I personally think the price is very tasty aswel, would be nice (for £9 just for a burger) maybe a sprinkling of chips/fries would make the deal better to swallow! Otherwise it would have been 5* I understand the cost of good ingredients and the prep but it would be astronomical cost if I got a good meal for my family of 5!
