Ordered via the website, it says an hour for delivery. An hour and 15 mins later we call the takeaway who say they have been busy and our food will be with us in 20 mins, no apology offered. 30 mins later still no food so we call again, they explain it will be eith us in 5 mins, we explained that we understand they have been busy but we have been waiting such a long time for our food, the staff hung up on us. Shocking customer service. Food arrived but was cold, I used to be a regular customer, not any more!

Food was alright not the best, took two hours to come. Was told the food was on the way, to then 30 mins later after ringing back that they had only just started to cook it. Nan bread was very greasy, Wonβt be using again :) If anyoneβs after a good Indian try EURASIAN.

This is our go to Indian takeaway in hull. The service is great if you go in to collect and the food is always so tasty. Delivery never really takes that long for us, weβve never had a problem with it. The price is great too! We always do the meal deal for Β£20 and feel like itβs so worth it. Amazing food β€οΈ thank you!!!

Pre ordered at 16:00 for 18:00 delivery and arrived at 21:00. 2 phonecalls in between to be told at 19:30 it was bagged up ready to go. Another call at 20:30 to be told it had just left and they were short on drivers, with the staff member hanging up before any chance to cancel order was able to be made and being told to 'Be patient'. Food arrived lukewarm with several items missing. Engaged or rang out every time we have called since however due to a 3 hour delay do not expect these to be delivered in a timely manner anyway. Food quality was sub par, could tell it had been sat around prepared for some time before being delivered and quite tasteless. Have now raised a dispute on uber eats for refund. Have noticed Food quality was not great last time we ordered but thought it was a bad night however will now not be ordering from here again.

3 hours to deliver! They took the phone off the hook because they couldn't deal with orders! Food bland and over salted! Biryani was like a packet rice! Had to put it in the microwave when it finally arrived! Disgusting!

Have used Raj Spice many times before and have obviously been impressed enough to return but I doubt we will be back any time soon, such was the lack of service and quality of food this evening .. First of all the meal was 90 minutes late and when I called to ask it's whereabouts I was told there has been a glitch with the booking system and that they were in the throws of packing the meal there and then. Half an hour later, I called again as it still hadn't arrived and the guy I spoke to was extremely short with me, clearly unwilling to discuss anything at all about it. The meal finally arrived, delivered by a very amenable, apologetic chap, (the only reason I give the 2 star rating) but when opened, it was such a let down... Keema naan breads had NO mince in them, Peshawar naans had no filling and were actually burnt! The main meals all lacked content... 5 small pieces of beef in the passanda, the same in the bhuna and a serious lack of vegetables in the Samba. It isn't good enough to rely on filling the trays with sauce!! This is in no means just a gripe brought about by extremely slow delivery times but rather one driven by a massive sense of disappointment given the Β£47 price tag! Seriously NOT value for money and I am afraid we will look elsewhere in the future.

The one star is being generous because it's Christmas. What a joke of a place. Had food slot sorted for 8 o'clock and it is now 10 past 10 and still no show. My daughter rang about an hour ago and was told it's on its way. When she said how late it was she was told," Well it's Christmas Eve!" Think the delivery driver is walking. Completely money grabbing place and I would say avoid at all costs. If you say delivery at a certain time then it should be at the time stated.I hope the manager sees this or maybe they will be too busy counting the money have 'Earned' squeezing as many customers in as they can. AVOID.

Had the unfortunate pleasure of ordering from this "takeaway" tonight. Rung for an update after the stated delivery time was missed to be told that our food hadn't even started to be cooked and that it would be another 30mins before they would start to cook it. Given a new time for an hour later, after it finally arrived it was missing 4 items. Rung about the missing items to be told another 45mins for those and when it did arrive one of those was wrong aswell. The food was full of grease and the bag it was delivered in was swimming in it, wouldn't trust the staff here to cook me a microwave curry let alone one from fresh. Do yourself a favour and order from anywhere else but here.

My partner likes hot curries which is the only reason to order from here, I do like curry but every one I've tried from here have the same taste, a spice- I'm not sure what it is but I don't like it. The last few times we've ordered I've tried a saag dish- I called them with a query/complaint and was told it was because it had been microwaved! Went in the bin and was offered money off next order... never happened. I've tried the burger- yuk! And this time, the last! I ordered 1 of the 2 wraps on the menu.. What can go wrong with a wrap?? Well let me tell you....! A 'normal' wrap- a flat bread with a tasty filling. Raj spice wrap- a foul/sweet tasting thick naan bread, with very little contents that tasted of the same curry spice that I dislike :-/ And the chips/fries were absolutely saturated in grease which had a fish shop taste which was very off putting considering I'd not ordered a fish dish. Bin again :-/ I'm currently thanking the good lord that the partner wasn't impressed with his curry either, phew! Also, it's utter cheek to charge Β£1.50 for delivery and not even bring it to the door, we live in a high rise, top floor with a lift. Us having to come down to collect our food is the equivalent of having to walk to the top of the street. We basically met you half way. Don't charge delivery AND expect your customers to collect!
