   Excellent concept, students learning restaurant management, service and preparing food in a real restaurant setting to paying public. Absolutely lovely meal with a licensed bar and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed, we felt unrushed and service was fantastic. Young students aged between around 16 - 20 managed the whole experience under supervision of a front of house college tutor who remained low key and let the students experience all aspects of a restaurant service but stepped in when needed. The menu and introduction encourages customers to treat this as a full learning experience for students and to be varied and realistic with our requests..to test their experience and knowledge. It was French night when we dined and we enjoyed every course, coffee a bottle of wine and petis fours. Absolutely full to bursting with great quality authentic French meals. We are booked in for a future Italian and Indian evening and very much looking forward to returning. A lovely evening and highly recommended
