   As fellow sylheti Bengalis, I am truly sad that the standard is so low amongst our kind. As soon as came in, the decor reminded me of the restaurants from the 90s. There was an awkwardness in the air, we were the only ones in the restaurant and no one greeted us kindly or gave small talk. We asked for a diet coke, but the drink was definitely the cheaper supermarket type, and was most likely sitting the in the fridge because of tasted flat. They rectified it by pouring us a new coke from a can. After we complained about the coke, the service was more hurried and awkward, which made complaining about the rest a bit more harder. The lamb chops left a lot to be desired. No spices were used, and there was more fat than meat on it. The biryani was passable, if you don't have taste buds. On their menu it says we could request medium, hot, very hot but they didn't ask us this. If your only customers aren't Asian folk, you could probably get away with mediocre service. But this isn't authentically Indian or Bangladeshi. I really wanted to like it and support them as a business, but I honestly think you need to try elsewhere.

   I visited this restaurant during a business trip after seeing its positive Google reviews. The food exceeded my expectations — especially the chicken-based dishes, which were all delicious. However, the spicy chicken kebab I ordered was quite a bit spicier than I anticipated. The staff were friendly, though communication was a bit difficult.

   Food was nicely presented, staff pleasant, reasonable prices. But we really didn't like the food. Onion Bhaji was hard and overcooked with a sweet sauce. Veg pakkora was three little balls of mixed vegetables accompanied by the same sweet sauce. Chicken Tikka masala was far too sweet. Chicken sag paneer was also sweet and made with melted cheese (cheddar?). This restaurant obviously attracts good reviews, but we were very disappointed.
