   Absolutely amazing!!! Hidden gem of endike lane. Come here very often and quality of food never declines and they greet you with a smile. The best meal for a long day after school is the doner kebab and chips with mayo and chili sauce.

   No customer service whatsoever, all look like they don’t want to be there; I’d overlook all of that if the food was decent but I ordered a pizza which had barely any cheese on, was undercooked with hard mushrooms on and half the chips were obviously refried so much that they were just crispy shells without potato mixed with fresh chips!! Used to be amazing food from here, gone right down the pan.

   Usually have no issues, but they have brought a new menu out, got the meatballs asked on the phone what you get with it and was told fries, meatballs etc, turned up and it was just 6 meatballs for £6.50?? Absolute rip off. Rest of the food was burnt to a crisp and cold, called regarding the meatballs and she said oh I meant fried onions said I could pay an extra £2 for some chips to be sent. Said no thank you the rest of the food is rubbish, £21 for burnt rubbish food, I think you have lost a usual customer. Unapologetic and just rude. All she said was ok and laughed. Disgusting customer service and food!

   Wouldn’t bother ordering unless you like being disappointed asked for pot of garlic sauce with my order what I got was garlic sauce poured on cheesy chips which was for my friend who doesn’t even like garlic sauce so what a waste that was. Asked for cheese on top of chicken didn’t get any but got charged extra. This is only so annoying as I repeated this 3 times that I wanted the cheese on the chicken and got the girl to repeat the order to make sure it was clear she understood me however clearly she didn’t. Ordered a tomato garlic bread which had the tiniest bit of tomato on not to mention it was rock hard.

   Have been going here for over 20 years the food was always amazing last 2 times been unedible got a kebab last time could not see the kebab for mayonnaise because underneath the chicken was burnt then tonight got chicken Kiev chicken burnt to a crisp could not eat it . Won't be coming back to this shop again

   My dad loves this place and has been going for over 20 years. We used to love a burger and chips and mum a chicken lemon butterfly. My dad won't stop loving this place as he likes the fresh salad which I agree is fresh but the cooked food is poor. I went for a kebab this time and the same as always, the sauce is poured on top of the whole dish soaking everything and creating a sodden pitta bread. The food never arrives with separate sauce pots. Most takeaways offer seperate sauce pots now. The food dished up in polystyrene trays is usually served with a serviette under the food thus creating a greasy soaking hammock which makes it awkward to transport food onto a plate. The french fries used to be good (coated in chip spice) although now they're worse than ever with hardly any chip spice and still far too salty and reheated. Small portions of donner meat considering its "donner" meat and cripsy in parts also cold due to the sauce slapped on top. I used to order a four cheese pizza and won't lie I liked them until one day it arrived and the fourth cheese hadn't melted properly. The 4th cheese revealed to be cheese slices. I don't mind a cheese slice, but not on a pizza! Sorry dad, I admire your loyalty and appreciate tradition but this is grotty food now and the menu literally has not changed since the 90's.

   I've been coming here for years and it's my go to takeaway, because 99% of the time, the food is always cooked through and hot. BUT, I always pick up my orders up, which means it's always hot. The food is good, I haven't had a bad experience, there are times food is not the same as last time, like kebabs and calzones, but they're not bad - just not consistent. The chips are well seasoned, crispy and hot. The staff are nice, never moody etc.
